Do not put on your add that the night come with breakfast if it doesn’t. You had an add saying “complete your breakfast”

Staff was nice and room was comfortable

I didn’t like that we were charged $135 for checking in late, I don’t understand why if the night was paid. We pretty much paid for a night twice which just doesn’t make sense to me.

We got there, stayed for 3 minutes then cancelled our reservation and left because it was so gross.

This hotel is disgusting. Smelled like marijuana, paint peeling off the walls, rude staff, and the pool was closed.

We were disappointed that the description didn’t accurately describe the property.

The room was supposed to be a non-smoker, but it smelled like smoke when you walk in. The listing said that there was a pool and hot tub, but there is none. They’re supposed to be breakfast items until 930 both mornings they were out of coffee and didn’t seem to make any more. The air conditioning unit in the room has a buzz noise constantly.

Like the property when I first arrived, the manager, I think her name was Rena wonderful staff her and Jackie and even the Knight crew

As soon as they switch managers, that’s when it got bad very disrespectful. I think his name is Toni crazy because he never met me but he put a red flag on my name so that I will not be able to stay at none of the extended stays he’s very disrespectful And never had a problem with none of the other managers are even the staff they are at the one in Pleasanton until he came.

The fridge didn’t work, bedsheets were itchy, and breakfast was cheap; no fruits and no good choice of breakfast items. There was only coffee and store bought muffins.

Everything in room was old and pretty beat up, faucet in shower loose, burners on cooktop broken and looked rusty, all drawere had crumbs and stains, carpets were really dirty. Needs a remodel

Dissapointed in 3rd party app

I made reservation on booking. Com but they never received it. I waited at hotel for over a hour and eventually had to come out of pocket and pay again, I still have not received a refund. Please call me at 6693512025

It was very quiet at night and it was very relaxing for a good night day

The pool was open and cold but very nice Room was very clean Breakfast was okay

The man in the hallway yelling at customers They don’t offer the service for me to cook in my room I feel that they should ask if you need supplies for cooking services in your room. I brought my own pots and pans and I forgot the place and the serving spoons. I asked Staff if they had some available I just feel that that’s something they should offer you upfront when you check in. Just ask if you need those supplies. Other than that, their staff was very helpful.

I would not recommend this place at all.

They have a night audit. If you arrive after midnight you have to wait until 130 for the computer to check you in. First room I was sent to was filthy. The halls were filthy and elevator stickyThe second room had no ac or heat that worked. And one of the door locks was broken.No coffee.maker in the room.Dreadful experience. Never again

Not very excited about staying there and only am there because we had a fire in the back of the house.

I scraped my leg on the fold out bed because there is no room to walk, there is a crack in our door and you can see into the hotel room, there are numerous people hanging out front at all hours. The bed is on six legs and rocks when you get into it. There is a crack on the counter of the bathroom, there is broken shelving in the bathroom, the refrigerator door opens towards the wall instead of towards you.

It’s an ovation coldest place a quiet at night which I love honestly everyone here stayed so positive and was so polite even on the first tonight I had a couple problems with Becky prices for at everything that straightaway and the staff today at noon to take route they didn’t let me choose to cancel the station or they understood the issues that we were having with the Booking the room and they worked with us and they were awesome

Entire hotel smelled horrible, the kitchen and bathroom were not stocked whatsoever. I needed to request items for a bathroom or kitchenette?? Makes no sense.
