The staff was friendly and the room looked clean but smelled bad like dirty bleach.

The room smelled like dirty bleach so strong that it burned my nostrils all night even with the window open. The TV didn't work. The alarm clock went off at 1:00 in the morning. Then I found out later that it was not even set correctly so I left an hour earlier at 4:30 a.m. because I thought it was 5:30 a.m.

I visit Livermore regularly and love to stay here because it is in a convenient location for my destinations, has everything I need, and the staff have been very accommodating with my requests for my favorite room.

Hotel staff did not inform me that in order to enter the main entrance of the building after 11pm should use the hotel room key besides the main door operating system. One night, main door is locked. I was surprised and disappointed and been there for a couple of minutes. Fortunately, one of the customer was at the lobby and requested her to open the door for me showing her my hotel key. The next day, I spoke to a hotel staff in the counter and told me that it’s hotels policy that I should be at hotel before 11pm or else they will lock the main door. The next night, passed 12am, I am expecting the main building door entrance was locked and hopefully some tenant might open the door. Fortunately, a hotel staff in the counter informed me to use my room key to open up the main building entrance door. Extended stay should informed their customers on how to enter the main entrance building door pass 11pm.

No dishes in the room. You have to get dishes and silverware from the staff at the front desk. Seems a little lame.

location was central for livermore

they should not advertise breakfast. it was an empty coffee urn and a wicker basket with one grain bar left. silliness to call it breakfast. it is 'coffee' at best - and that's a stretch.
