Was kinda pricey but I was overall satisfied and will stay again

underwhelming. our other stays had been fine.

stayed here many times. but this trip was messed up

I was charged an upgrade without being told the room was not what I requested. only figured it out when I arrived home. and the bed was miserable with a spring under hip. so we paid 35$ extra for an ADA room with a low squishy bed that was hard for non disabled yo get up from.

I don't eat pork (bacon, ham, sausage) and I am not a fan of cheese. Breakfast was limited in that area. The waffles were good, bread selection was good, as well as the condiments, but the egg area was lacking.

The pillows were a bit flat. Overall, room was nice and comfortable!

worst experience ever

my heater wasn't working properly. it was very cold so i requested extra blankets. in the middle of the night it got very hot and the heater wouldn't turn off. At 8:30 in the morning someone came to fix it... i checked out 2 hours later.
