Wonderful!

Cool modern decor, light and airy, clean and comfortable, spacious and friendly staff. We were given a very nice room on the 2nd floor as we requested to avoid possible pool noise as one reviewer mentioned. Great streaming facilities on TV, Netflix, etc Lots of parking space with easy access to the hotel. You can also purchase snacks and beverages at the food market, in the reception area. Great cooked breakfast!

Not that it affected us, but the restaurant was closed for the duration of our short stay, may have disappointed some guests (if they didn't see the notice) and expected it to be open, since it mentions a restaurant and room service in the description. Should be open now though!

A hotel is only good as their beds.... These beds are amazing.

Trust me this place is legit. The staff are just right meaning they let you know that they are there but give you space to feel like you can just come and go. The breakfast was home cooked to perfection that I tipped the 2 kitchen staff $200 the staff are attractive sounds shallow but when you're in the presence of good looking people it just makes things better. The rooms were perfect. Only thing I would suggest is getting shower grippers on the shower floor before someone slips. If one does slip they are most likely to fall on the glass wall and door and possibly shatter it.

Overall stay was pleasant except for the water dispenser.

Breakfast was acceptable for the price.

The water dispenser on the 1st floor tasted like chemicals. After filling our bottle it had a taste of alcohol or some kind of chemicals. Hopefully nobody got sick because it seemed like it was very dirty. We didn't realized this until we lefted with the coffee we made in the room from this water dispenser. Please look into this matter!!!

we ask for non smoking room and when we arrived the room smelled of cigarette smoke. the whole two days the smell was horrible the window was not about to be open more than 1inch so no ventilation. it was a horrible experience.

A nice hotel but…

The room set up was nice with a separate living room.

I travel a lot and these are the thinnest walls of any hotel I have ever stayed at. It’s embarrassing when someone you don’t know is head to head with you, separated by a paper-thin wall, and you can hear everything they are doing and visa versus. We had to whisper. For 3 of the nights the hotel wasn’t full, yet they put people in rooms next to each other. Also, there is no bathroom fan so we had to deal with steam everywhere.

It was a pretty property and maintained well.

The indoor pool needed some ventilation in the space. Our room was very stuffy, felt very dried out and congested in the morning. The bar is closed on the weekend???

I really liked the location, it was across and down the street to really good food choices. I liked the fact that it had an in door pool, which my boys 9 and 5 took full advantage of. Too bad there wasn't a jacuzzi. The rooms were clean and I liked that it had shampoo and conditioner. I liked the entrance and the lobby area it looked like we were staying at a really nice place. The front desk folks were great. I liked the fact you can choose how often the house keeping came to your room to clean. We chose everyday since I like to have fresh towels everyday during my vacation. The Wifi service was good. Sometimes it was slow but it wasn't too bad. Check in and check out were easy and convenient. I love how we don't have to go to the front desk anymore. LOVE how Costco gas was right next door. That was a huge plus for us.

The only things that could have been better was the room stank when we first got it. A little air freshener spray would have been nice. Also, when we got our towels everyday we only got three towels when it was clear in our reservation that there would be four ppl staying in the room. Other places I've stayed at were really Intune with that. The first day we show up the house keeping usually notices or already knows there will be 4 ppl. So a towel is add shortly. Not here, we went the whole time being given three towels every day. We just got an extra towel from the pool area to supplement.

Awesome location and amenities

Bright lights in the parking lot, three pillows per bed, clean place, Costco right around the corner within one minute driving distance.

People talking loudly at 12 am and again at 3 am in the morning, in the hallway on the way to their rooms but that's not something the hotel can control.

Run down property, uncomfortable and old bedding, do not stay here

I liked the indoor pool, but even that was run down

Grounds were unkept, bed was hard, sheets scratchy, pillows flat, pubic hair in shower, building run down, garbage on grounds, price was too high for quality, every other hotel on the street was less money and had better quality. This property is very run down and not well maintained. Cleaning practices in rooms is lacking. Very disappointed. Would not stay here again.
