Hot water was out sat nite & Sunday morning of our Fri to Sunday stay. No elevator either, tho only 2 floors so not crazy, nit inconvenient with luggage. Staff was nice. But no help with these 2 issues. I expressed my unhappiness. & was promised a callback, that never happened. Good location, nice size rooms. Complimentary Breakfast in am. However issues with infrastructure made this a less than satisfactory stay.
