Bad experience

I couldn't find anything that I would like to stay there again

Everything was bad.The service customer service, it was dirty.Door was broken the early check in fee was ridiculous.I booked the room the night before and I was in the hospital.I went to check in.I couldn't check in on that day because it got canceled and I was coming from the emergency room hospital and didn't feel like driving home so then I went to book the next day and also had to pay for the room and the early check.In fee I was very disappointed.I've been out of work.That's a lot of money for me to be pain right now

Horrible, waste of money.

The only thing good was how close it was to downtown

It wasn’t clean, the first room they gave me the keys didn’t work and then they gave me the wrong room. The other people were already staying in, so I thought it was mine and walked in on people then the second room they gave me it was still dirty missing toilet paper and bath tub was extremely disgusting. Dust and cobwebs everywhere.

We’re making sure we never stay at an ESA again.

The front desk was checking into unfinished rooms and had crap in the bathroom floor and toilet. My kids were so upset, they wanted to move to another hotel if I hadn’t already paid for the rooms. The breakfast is not really breakfast if they only provide a muffin and coffee. When we needed someone at the front desk, there was no one there. Our room keys kept not working. The AC in our room wasn’t working and we’re glad it was cool enough to open the windows and get some breeze. There’s no security if there’s no one at the front desk to make sure there are no intruders.

Over priced for basic no frills lodging. Oh. We did have soap and towels and clean sheets.

Location was good.

Kitchen had nothing but frig, micro, and 2 burner cooktop. Had to ask for a coffee maker and mugs. No dishware or utensils. Toilet would not flush. Finally had to plunge it in the morning to get it to work. it should have worked when we arrived but it didn't. We had reserved a 2 bed double but only the 1 bed option was available.

A cozy, restful week’s stay.

Nice, reasonably quiet pleasant and accessible location. It was a good place to return to for some comfort and rest. I liked having a refrigerator and a clean shower with good hot water and soap. The bed linens and towels were awesome! I didn’t know about the art fair weekend that was happening during my stay so it was a nice surprise to be staying in a place that wasn’t right in the middle of all the festivities, but close enough to go and enjoy it.

I would prefer cleaner floors( not used to carpeting) and I didn’t open the curtains much because my view was out on the front parking lot.

I went to take a shower in my room, the soap from the previous guest was still in the shower as was hair so obviously it had never been cleaned after the last person was in the room. Disgusting.

clean with nice staff but the amenities were lacking

staff was very friendly and helpful. the place was clean and i liked having kitchen space.

the shower didnt work. one of the stovetop burners didnt work. the fridge had mold on the door seal. you have to request kitchen tools and theres no kitchen soap, paper towels or even salt and pepper. the free breakfast was very lackluster and the vending machines only take cash. the entire property smells strongly of weed.

Very dirty everywhere; Halls, lobby, elevator. Etc. Cigarette burns in carpet in room, sink in room full of rust. One of elevator buttons missing. Also, paid for king bed and was given queen. Employee stated all king rooms were taken, Even though I booked in advance & king was available on booking.com web site when I booked. Did not want to walk barefoot in room! Smelled of marijuana & smoke everywhere outside.

Worst experience ever

I did not stay, I was told when I arrived at 10 pm that they had notified you there was not a room for me. They offered me a room with a single bed. 4 times in a row they gave me a room that was occupied. I opened doors on people who were in bed. I feel lucky to not have been shot. Each time he assured me the room was available. I left and checked into a hotel close by, he assured me I would het a refund in a couple of days. You should never let anyone book there.

The smell upon waking in is HORRIBLE. Someone definitely smokes cigarettes in this hotel, it seemed as if someone was actively smoking when I checked in and continued to do so all night. My asthma was immediately triggered. Filthy hallways, understaffed desk, and sticky surfaces in room. Fridge was unplugged and no one was available to assist me to pull it away from the wall to plug it in. I didn’t shower because the urine stains around the commode were rather concerning. I left as soon as I woke up because I couldn’t tolerate the odor.

I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and they foolishly sprayed Febreeze in the room. I considered sleeping in my car. Had to wear a mask the whole time. Will only stay again if I can call ahead and have them forego the air "freshener".

Holes in the wall and weird smell that I just couldn’t take. Towels were full of someone else’s hair. The floor was not cleaned and the skirt on the bed had so many stains.

The front desk gentleman was awesome. The location was God for our needs.

The room was poor quality and the person above us loved to stomp as they walked. It wasn't the staff’s that fault corporate chooses how much they want to invest.

Not pleasant and not a place I will ever consider staying in again.

Was treated very rudely by Steven at check in - he actually told us we could not stay, even though I had paid for the room. He mistakenly said that my driver's license was expired. We were very tired and anxious to get to the room I had reserved 6 months earlier, and he was very unpleasant. We thought we would not haves accommodations for the night.

The room had little to no furniture, no bedside table. Bathroom vanity was extremely small. Floor was not carpeted and was sticky under our feet.

I had a quick trip to Ann Arbor. I did not eat breakfast as I had to leave early in the morning. It was an ok hotel. I just needed a place to lay my head. I would recommend it for a quick stay but not necessarily for those vacationing.

The breakfast was a joke! Granola bars, muffins and coffee are hardly breafast... The hotel was a bxxxxx to find. The roads are poorly lit and the sineage is execrable. I liked the iron and the ironing board.

Updated room, nice staff - they were incredible helpful with check-in. People were arriving at two different times due to snowy/icy roads.

There are two hotels with the same name close to each other. When we called to confirm both names were on the reservation the initial person we spoke to at corporate was not helpful. Called back to talk to the front desk, who informed us of this issue. On site people are great, info should be passed on to corporate.

Outdated facilities. Not clean. Lobby area small and not enough room for social distancing. Front desk we had to ring a bell for 100% of our service.
