Clean, nice staffpeople, but falling short on the simpler amenities as noted above.

Cleanliness. Aesthetically pleasing.

1) I have come to expect a free continental breakfast at hotels, but there was non free cont breakfast here. 2) I have also come to expect the room will be furnished with coffee containers for my use of the Keurig in the room; but my room had no caffeainated coffees, only had 3 teas and 1 decaf container; when I went to the front desk to ask for a couple of caffeinated containers, the clerk had a difficult time finding any in her box of extras, and she commented that that was probably because so many other people had come to her asking for caffeinated coffee containers ... I would think that sending someone to buy a box of keurigs would be no big deal. 3) The television was disappointing, offering 'extra' things like Netflix, but not basic things (as far as I could tell) like CNN, ESPN, PBS, ABC, etc ...

Clean, comfortable but a touch noisy.

Great location, hotel is nicely designed, clean etc.

Room doors slammed closed, causing me to wake up after going to sleep. Freeway noise was also noticeable. Breakfast was too expensive to justify. $20 for mediocre breakfast food is just too much.

The room was clean and decently comfortable

We tried to get ice cream from the kitchen at 7:30 pm and were told that the kitchen was closed … even though there was signage saying that it was open until 10 pm . There was no explanation given .. in fact the girls was a bit rude about it . Will not choose this hotel again for our trips to Ann Arbor .

Very nice throughout, newly refurbished. Surprisingly quiet and well sound-proofed room considering it's next to an interstate. First hotel I've ever stayed at with shades that actually block outside lights
