Over-all it was a nice stay.

Hotel was easy to find; check-in was easy; staff were friendly and helpful; room was clean; breakfast food other than oatmeal was good. We enjoyed the pool and it was nice that they had beach balls to play with.

It got really cold during the night, but this is probably on me. Because it was comfortable at check-in up to going to bed, I didn't think to check the thermostat. During the middle of the night, I woke freezing and I was already using the only blanket. Oatmeal was not cooked correctly (cover should have been left on so it could steam the oatmeal) so it was runny and undercooked.

Property was fine, however I stopped by around 1:00 pm hoping for an early check-in but a room wasn’t yet available, but would be at 3:00. Fine. I asked for a 1st floor room not far from the lobby. No problem - come at 3:00. Arrived at 3:30 - no room ready on the 1st floor.

Very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The room was clean and so comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. My family enjoyed the pool and loved that there were even some pool toys available to guest for use. The breakfast was warm and delicious in the morning. I would absolutely recommend and would book again.

How attentive and professional the staff was, and yet so personable. Well done! Also loved how pet friendly your facility is.

No coffee filters in the room. And staff had a hard time keeping up with the breakfast demands a couple mornings. We went out for breakfast the last 2 mornings of our stay.

Overpriced and unwelcoming.

Location.

No greeting when coming to the desk. Tried telling us our credit card was rejected when I had prepaid and payment had went through. Kept wanting me to run my card when I showed her the hard charge on my card. We get on the phone to booking.com and once we reach someone suddenly she got it to go through. Not apologetic or anything. Just rude. Breakfast was a joke. So many people squeezed in that little room for eggs sitting in water and pastries. Spend the extra money and go across the street to Hilton.

the power went out & we still had to pay full price for the night when nothing worked in the hotel. ridiculous.

pet friendly and coffee served all day.

We stayed 6 days and when we call for room service I was told to call one day before to clean the next day. The next day the there was no room service plus the staff left note said that we had sign up DO NOT DISTURB while the sign was never hung on the door. Called the main desk several times and no one pick up the phone. The pet fee was a bit high. $150.00

No place to stay! too bad!

location

upon my entering they informed me that i had No Room since they over booked! so i was forced to go stay elsewhere! i booked weeks ago and the room was available for me! this is very poor customer service! plus i contacted the property twice via email before arriving and they never replied! i will be going back to AnnArbor frequently and would never stay with these miserable people ever again!
