Hotel was easy to find; check-in was easy; staff were friendly and helpful; room was clean; breakfast food other than oatmeal was good. We enjoyed the pool and it was nice that they had beach balls to play with.
It got really cold during the night, but this is probably on me. Because it was comfortable at check-in up to going to bed, I didn't think to check the thermostat. During the middle of the night, I woke freezing and I was already using the only blanket. Oatmeal was not cooked correctly (cover should have been left on so it could steam the oatmeal) so it was runny and undercooked.

Property was clean

Property was fine, however I stopped by around 1:00 pm hoping for an early check-in but a room wasn’t yet available, but would be at 3:00. Fine. I asked for a 1st floor room not far from the lobby. No problem - come at 3:00. Arrived at 3:30 - no room ready on the 1st floor.

pet friendly and coffee served all day.
We stayed 6 days and when we call for room service I was told to call one day before to clean the next day. The next day the there was no room service plus the staff left note said that we had sign up DO NOT DISTURB while the sign was never hung on the door. Called the main desk several times and no one pick up the phone. The pet fee was a bit high. $150.00
