Very clean, Staff was wonderful! Pool and Hot tub were very nice. Room was nice.

Nothing that I could think of. Our stay was short but very enjoyable.

We came there for the holiday event for my work. That was really nice in your hotel doing the events. Champagne was a nice touch when we came in. The room was nice and clean.

Overall it was a very nice hotel. We liked everything we had from the restaurant too. The parking near the rim was helpful as well!

The pool wasn't heated, so we were disappointed that it wasn't comfortable enough for all of us to swim in. But they do have a hot tub. It was the reason we picked this hotel.

Other than the location this place is not worth the money.

Upon arrival we noticed no cars in the parking lot, the lobby was nice but didn't look like it gets used, this place is old and huge mind you. Thinking it would be a cool not busy hotel and compareable to Webber's which in no way is it. We checked in and got in the elevator which got stuck long enough to almost have me in a panic attack, we get to our room and the beds are older, paint chipping around the old windows, the blinds were broken, blood or poop on the back of the bathroom door. I called before we booked to make sure they had a sauna and hot tub. So after all this we were like we are here to relax for the night. We head to the pool area, where there is no one . The pool is huge and 9 foot deep but it's so merkey you can't see under the water not thinking we are swimming n my daughter kicks something and I'm then a little freaked out being we can't see what it is turned out to be a deflated large beach ball , the pool area didn't smell of chlorine which was odd at a hotel to me. Another couple came in and the guys child lost a five toy well he was diving to find it and sid you have to be about 3 inches from the bottom to even see the bottom of the pool and came up with hands full of toys and things. So now I'm questioning when the last time this things even been cleaned, why is it so merkey, and what else is down there? Mind you when this man was down there you can not even see him at all so if a child were to fall in that would be awful (my mom mind thinking) so we head to the sauna remember I called to specifically ask about this.. nope it does not work. Now I'm getting upset. I head to the front desk to ask the young lady about it and she is so nervous and and can't help me with anything she says her manager will be there tomorrow, mind you she didn't act like she was comfortable nor very knowledgeable to be there alone . So I left to go back and enjoy the hot tub.
