Informative/welcoming front desk personnel with Paul. He does an excellent job! The room was cozy with no weird hotel smells. Bed and sheets so comfortable/clean. Breakfast was tasty with friendly service.

Before I got in the shower I noticed that there was some long black hairs in the shower drain area...I have blonde hair. So..that was kinda yuck. Not sure how they missed that when cleaning. I just wiped it up, but eww.

Great stay less than 5 minutes from the stadium!

One of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time! From check-in to check-out, every staff member was so kind, caring, and helpful. We were offered the upgrade to include breakfast with our room at check-in, which was 100% worth it! Highly suggest it even for just coffee and toast to start your day, but the meals were all delicious.

I have no major complaints from my stay. There are a few incredibly minor aesthetic changes I could see- some of the decor on the walls was peeling/incomplete, but it was not a cleanliness issue in any way, just a quirk from older renovations, probably

Comfortable and Convenient Stay in Ann Arbor

The hotel was out of the business of the campus area, and yet still so close to getting into town and the events I was there to participate in. I was happy I could get breakfast there and they also had a restaurant and bar.

Newer hotel with fresh decor and light exercise equipment in room. Bathroom had premium fixtures by Kohler, with nice shower water pressure. Loved extra common areas in lobby. Great price

Great place to stay! Some traffic noise from nearby highway, but it soothed us to sleep. ☺️

Clean! Loved the plant wall behind the check-in desk!! 🪴 Staff was welcoming. We ate breakfast one morning at the hotel - delicious! I appreciated the evening herbal hot tea and citrus-flavored water in the reception area. Yes, we’d stay here again.

The bathroom could use a couple more towel bars. One on the wall to the left of the sink would be really useful. Another one near the shower would be good.

Need more staff. Waiting for over an hour to get a toilet fixed because they didn’t have a plunger (and we didn’t even cause the issue). Also waiting to pay for food because no staff at front desk. Other than that hotel was good. Priced right.
