Very good price to stay comfortably but don't expect anything else other than that.

This is probably the biggest size of room at this price range and great value. Location is walking distance to the mall and few restaurants

Even though the room has a fully equipped with a kitchen its useless. There's not a single plate or utensils or even cooking utensils. There was not even a water kettle nor any clothes hanger either. It lacked every basic necessary items provided by a hotel.

Efficient for what was needed for one night stay.

Quick check in.

Rooms could be cleaner, room needs a makeover, all towels, mattresses and sheets need to be updated and replaced. These items were very warn. I didn’t shower until I got to another hotel, if that sums it up better.

Bed was uncomfortable. Staff was not always available. Staff when needed was rude. Kind of sketchy hotel. Temperature was hard to regulate in room. Damaged drawers.

No air in main area No handicap access to the pool although you had a left no wonder how to work or put in the battery and chairs and tables were in the way

Decent for the money

Day of reservation they called switched to me other location. New location didn't have my couch w pullout bed. We had 4 adult men we wanted the extra sleeping area. New hotel checked us in. We thought. Next shift came in and walked in our room cause they thought it was empty. The last shift didn't check us in. So I had to check in and get new cards and pay in person. The later shift was good he helped us out.

Safe area. I did about an hour run around it past the mall. All safe with lots of resources nearby and super easy drive

It was clean and fine. Basic. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The tv was out, but they immediately credited back a discount for the stay.

It took a lot of effort to get any refund for paying for a single bed room when we paid for a double bedroom

Staff were kind and the location is pretty good, close to UofM.

We booked and paid for a room with 2 beds for 3 people but only got a room with 1 bed so our 3rd person slept on a dirty couch. The next day they moved us into the room we paid for but never refunded the money.

Staff was OK.

For an extended place there were no housewares at all to be used and you needed to buy them. Crazy! Also there was no housekeeping service only once a week. Very disappointing. You could not even pay them to come up and change the bedsheets and towels. You need to come down and pay for a swap of sheets to put on yourself.

The front desk staff has limited daytime hours. This place is just party central. People up all night screaming and slamming doors. No way to sleep. And you cannot call front desk to complain, no staff at the hotel. I asked for 2 extra towels and they were going to charge me extra. The staff was all rude and have no idea what is going on. They no longer serve free breakfast, however when I booked the room it showed that they do. Worst stay ever. Now a long day and a long drive tomorrow on no sleep.

Somewhat affordable and had rooms available when most other hotels didn’t.

Pretty much everything. The woman checking us in told us we couldn’t do anything we used to do here which was strange because we’d never stayed there before. They don’t give you breakfast they don’t give you coffee they don’t provide anything in the room for you and you have to take out your own trash. Gave us the wrong size bed. TV didn’t work. 20 bucks for decent wifi.

Buyer Beware

This location is severely understaffed and it shows. Upon arrival at 5pm there were several people waiting to check in to rooms that were not ready yet. The overworked staff was understandably not in the best frame of mind but trying their hardest to be polite (just barely making it). Although the website still says breakfast is available, it is not. "Brand new policy" in place that means no breakfast, sheets and towels are now only changed once every TWO weeks unless you pay an additional fee, and there is absolutely no cutlery, glasses, or anything whatsoever in the kitchenette. Also to note, the air conditioner makes a horrendous racquet and there is not even a bar of soap in the bathroom. I also could not get the TV to work.

Great value, clean rooms, and the staff were kind, friendly and helpful

Convenient location to U of M and local attractions. The room was near clean & comfortable. The staff that I did encounter were great!

The exterior of the property could use some care in weeding, parking lot clean up, and it would be nice to have a staff person on site at all times for safety, security, and assistance. Being in the first floor as a woman who noted her window had been damaged/tampered with from the outside was concerning.

Decent value with expected budget caveats

Staff was nice, and the room was what we expected for the price

The front desk closed at 10pm, so we had to call for the night attendant to let us check in at 11pm. The Wi-Fi is only free for the first device. The rooms were clean (bathroom and bedding) with the exception of blood stains in the carpet next to both sides of the bed.

Run away!

We chose this location due to its proximity to Michigan Stadium.

It was filthy. They didn't have our reservation but the front desk worker did her best to find other accomodations for us. We ended up getting a pull out couch (that had mouse droppings in it) instead of a second queen.

Terrible, dirty

the only positive of a terrible experience was that front desk staff was empathetic.

terrible, room was not in good shape, old, dated, dirty. I went to make the pull out bed, only to find dirty socks, bottle caps and tons of crumbs. Kitchen cupboards were sticky and not a cup to be found in the entire room. They charged a fortune, since it was Parents weekend at University. We left and found somewhere else to stay, despite losing money.

Mediocre hotel

Location to my event

The cleanliness of the lobby was horrible. The counter was not wiped down and had big spots of dried hand sanitizer. There was dirt and paper pieces all over the floor. The person who checked us in was not knowledgeable with the computer and had to get someone else.

I have stayed here twice, and the room was always clean and with a full kitchen, really worth the price in the Ann Arbor area. The staff are welcoming and always willing to help. I stayed with my cat this time and they tried their best to accommodate us. Really grateful for the kind crew working there.
