It was clean and in a good location.

The breakfast was very expensive. Also, some of the furniture and fittings in the room were very worn and needed replaced, but things were very clean.

We were under the impression breakfast came with the room reservation; unfortunately it was extra which my husband didn’t find out about until he went down for breakfast on Friday morning. We then made other arraignments for breakfast out of hotel.Breskfast as complimentary

Lovely Staff and Comfy Rooms.

Staff were wonderful. The house keeping was excellent. Room was comfy. Bar food, drinks and service was great.

Club room was only stocked with waters 2/5 days we were there. The breakfast was subpar. The oatmeal was cold and not fresh each day we tried to have some. Eggs were cold in the chaffing dish. The bacon good. English muffins were old, hard as rocks and impossible to cut through to toast.

Room was small with no comfortable seating. No complimentary breakfast and they charged $50 to my card for "incidentals" without me even buying anything. It's wrong to do so!!

I paid for 12 rooms for my staff and after the first day one of my instructors notice a $500.00 charge to his debit card. By the rend of the week it had increased to $900.00. Although it was supposed to be refunded, that was held against his card so he was not able to use his card. I had never had this happen before and was not given a clear explanation as to why it was done.

Hidden fees double the listed price, leave you with a bitter taste of the experience.

The hotel was ok, but our room had an unpleasant smell. There wasn’t a bathroom fan. We liked the pool and the yard sitting outside. The staff was pleasant. We didn’t take the breakfast at $20 extra pp. Ann Arbor seems like a decent town, we just drove around as we only stayed one night.

The reason I would not recommend it is the hidden fees. I booked it at $130 per night but ended up paying $230, of which only $11 was a purchase from the bar. They slapped us with $75 cleaning fee! Considering it smelled when we arrived, the place better be sparkling after us! True, we had a mini schnauzer along but he’s house trained and we had his crate with, so he didn’t cause any extra mess for them to clean. If that was a pet fee, the invoice just states “cleaning fee”, it wasn’t initially disclosed.
