First stay, internet wasn’t working, and couldn’t fix it; second stay on a different floor it was.
Fan was direct, so very uncomfortable.

Easy access, clean
VERY disappointed at check in! There was a line of about 6 guests trying to check in when we arrived so we had to wait, there was only 1 person working check in! We were then told that a LARGE party from previous night had just checked out, at 3:40 PM! Check in time is 4:00 PM! The gentleman at the counter told us it would be at least 2 hours before our room would be ready!!!! We were going to a concert at Ford Field and wanted to clean up before we left for downtown Detroit, unfortunately that wasn’t going to happen. When we returned from the concert after midnight, there was still a line of people trying to check in with one person to help guests. There is NO excuse for allowing LARGE parties of people to check out late! No compensation or reimbursement were offered for our inability to access our room at check in time!
