Good location but stay was terrible.

Location and breakfast.

The room smelled weird every time we walked in. Toilet seemed to have issues trying to flush. Pool facility didn’t look clean or upkeep.

Would definitely stay at this location again

The location was very convenient for what we were in Ann Arbor for.

My main complaint would be the pool hours. 9am seems late for that amenity to be assessable. My family wakes up quite early and would have loved a dip in the pool before departing but we couldn’t wait for it to open before we had to head for home.

Overall decent experience. Could not experience the courtyard due to time of year but looked good

The room was okay. Technology was old.

The temperature in the pool area. Understanding the tone of year however it was extremely breezy. The ventilation leaked from the ceiling dripping directly onto the seating area. The drywall repairs being made as we walked in.

Ok but not great

It was very close to downtown but it could use some updating. Sheets had some old stains. It did the job but not the greatest experience for this price.

Everything was fine, except for the lack of a shower curtain in the bathroom.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, quiet, good location.

We stayed in Room 228 in Ann Arbor. We did not notice that there was no shower curtain in our bathroom until morning. By then it was too late to get help. We left without using the shower.

Disappointed disgusting and way overrated for what I was charge. a 1 star is all I would give. Motel 6 would hs d been b

Very outdated. Room had dirty furniture and was poorly cleaned. Paid for an upgrade suite that was disgusting. Too many pets you could hear barking. long stay people had kids running up and down hall…. My room NEVER got cleaned my 3 days there event tho I’m I called numerous times and was assured it would be. I paid for luxury and got crap. I have pictures of the filth.

Definitely a great getaway if you're going to hang out in Ann Arbor or Ypsilanti!

This is a great location. Directly down the road from the highway with food, shopping and attractions all around. A literal stones throw away from whatever you need. A highlight of this place is the breakfast. This was extravagantly laid out and great tasting. Usually most continental breakfasts lack any versatility, but this is not it.

Honestly, it's just the price. You're paying to stay in Ann Arbor. My room was nice, but just more expensive compared to rooms of the same size.

Check in was easy and friendly and the hot tub was great! The suite we were in was roomy and well equipped.

Sofa bed was not comfortable and did not have a mattress pad. Breakfast was not very good.

Good hotel, but staff can improve

The hotel is fairly new and quiet. Parking was easy, and no lines at breakfast. My room was spacious, too.

The staff was always unhelpful. Couldn't print a receipt when I bought something. Couldn't correctly schedule housekeeping services. Couldn't get the room I booked.

Their was one particular front desk worker that was exceptional. He was attentive, above and beyond.

I like the longer hours and the selection of breakfast. They have lots of healthy choices. I enjoyed the taste of most selections and the cleanliness.

Superb

I love everything about the hotel everything with accommodations. The stay was wonderful The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was awesome, my family enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I was disappointed with and hopefully I could speak with someone to give a discount for the pool being 70% warm that was the main reason why we came for the pool and the hot tub but overall an awesome weekend. It needs to be more handicapped in the front and then parking on the side it was tremendously cold at night

Overall good stay

That there was marijuana being smoked across the hall and quite a few young African American girls going into the room with a African American man standing outside the door.. It was very loud in the room and we couldn't get our granddaughter to sleep that evening... Very frustrating..
