I come to Ann Arbor often for business and I am always so happy to stay at the warm and welcoming Kensington hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the rooms are well appointed and relaxing. Whenever I check in with William, I know I will get a big smile! Feels like I am in good hands whenever I am there. Also, the pool is lovely, the gym is great, and the onsite restaurant is terrific! Great coffee.
