Horrible

Not much to like. Ery bad experience

Everything. The floor on the kitchenette was sagging and the appliances were in need of cleaning. I had to ask for a coffee maker and hair dryer in the room, but never got the coffee. Asked for a top floor room and got the 2’nd floor. Noisy all night, doors slamming, people arguing down the hall. No staff over night. My wife and O did not feel safe. Never so glad to leave a hotel.

Claimed my name wasnt on the booking, didnt have the correct rooms, changed our rooms to 2 single bedrooms (we are a family of 6 and i told them we needed 2 rooms with 2 beds), changed our rooms again and gave us rooms on 2 different floors, the rooms smelled like awful Body Odor and were dirty. This was an awful experience and I am very disappointed because I have stayed in extended stays in other states for my kids competitions and they were great. But never again

Could be better to choose another hotel in area

Nobody clean up room for weeks. You have to ask to. Even after cleaning it still dirty. My car was broken into in the parking lot right by the hotel entrance, and my tools were stolen Right under the window by the entrance, there were always either homeless people or some friends of the hotel staff. They often talked loudly at night

Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Room was clean enough. Quiet for the most part. The refrigerator was clean and included ice trays. There's a 2 eye stove top. Lots of cabinet & drawer space and a trash bin that fits in the cabinet under the sink with bin bags included. It's easy to get to destinations, close to great restaurants and shops. Lots of close parking. Safe location. Staff is friendly.

Checking in after 10pm is a little daunting, especially after a 12 hr drive. The site says they serve breakfast, but upon check in you will find out that they don't and there are no coffee makers in the rooms. The last 2 days we had noise complaints regarding the room directly above ours, but couldn't get anyone to answer any of the numbers when trying to contact the front desk. The phones in the rooms don't work. We called for someone regarding a backed up toilet in 1 of the other rooms and no one responded. The bathroom in our room had an unusual smell.

I liked the fact that it was clean and a good space. It was a very good value, and I look forward to staying there again. It was a very comfortable space. There is a variety of restaurants nearby as well as a movie theater.

There was not a covered area to drive under for protection from the rain or snow when loading or unloading the vehicles. There was not an ice machine because everyone had ice trays in their freezers. The only problem was that they were empty upon check-in. The lady at check-in did not have a charismatic personality.

On the hotel was very clean check-in was a breeze even though I didn't get to check in until after midnight it was someone at the front desk who was smiling at that hour and ready to help me. The price was not bad.

I did not like the bed. It was not very comfortable and felt lumpy. The breakfast is just a grab and ho station with coffee/tea and some not so good muffins

So bad we walked in and right back out.

The lobby and front desk were fairly decent. Check in staff was nice but not professional. As soon as we opened our room door, the foul smell that poured out of the room was disgusting! It had a kitchenette and it smelled like something had rotted in there. I called the front desk immediately and asked if we could get a refund because we were not going to stay there. We did receive a refund and will not stay in an Extended Stay again.

bathroom was really dirty - suspicious browns spots on the shower curtain, bath walls dirty. very noisy too, upstairs neighbor kept pounding on the floor from midnight to 4am and violently moving furniture. we thought there was a fight going on. called the front desk about it but it didn’t stop.

Okay for 1 night stay, Manager was rude!

There was not much for breakfast. There was only coffee to drink. To eat there was only granola bars, oatmeal, and some muffins. There was no juice or anything!

I booked with booking.com and it did not state anywhere on the app that they do not accept cash as payment. I reserved with my credit card but wanted to pay cash at the location. The lady helping me and the guy she was training was very friendly and professional however, the manager spoke up from around the corner and was very rude. She argued with me that it was on their website for booking. However, when I showed her from my phone and went to "book" a room it didn't say anywhere that we had to with cash. Luckily I had cash on me to cover the room or I would of been screwed! The manager was very rude and doesn't have the attitude or demeanor for public.

it has a kitchen in the room, but no dishes; you had to ask for those, which I understand but haven’t encountered before at a place like this; breakfast was minimal
