Hard to get a good nights sleep when it’s noisy

Clean comfortable bed

Walls were paper thin could hear tv and people talking also water running from the next room On the 2nd night could here people upstairs children running stomping etc.

Very convenient to the work event that I was in town for.

The heat would not adjust and was extremely uncomfortable. I repeatedly altered the thermostat, but the temperature never went below 80. This was reported to hotel staff. The bathroom in the suite that I had was very very small.

A wonderful one-night stay but good for a long stay

no complimentry breakfast - starbucks area within the hotel was nice for some but overall starbucks is very expensive was not going to pay close to $20 for a deceenet breakfast - bought some food at kroger and ate in our room was charged a $25 incidentals fee at check in which hasnt but is suppose to drop off at check out but we werent told about this at check in

We really enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard Bonvoy Columbus in Worthington, Ohio. What made it exceptional was the staff. We are not complainers, but we had a few hiccups during our 4-night stay. We talked to the front desk and the Manager came out and personally took care of us. I very rarely give a 10 to a hotel but the staff there took really good care of us. Thank you to Qui at the front desk and Manager Joe Forte for exceptional attention to detail. Marriott should recognize them both as exceptional employees.

The pool was very much out of the way and was covered with a film. Needs maintenance.

The location right off the freeway made it convenient. There was free parking. The facility was clean & accommodating. The staff were extremely kind with the exception of one.

the stay was perfect ! clean , quite and alot of friendly people stayed at the hotel.

communication could be better. i called to confirm if they’re were connecting rooms available for sept and lady who helped me assured me they have and it is avail if i put that reservation in. i jumped on it. i also wanted to leave email tracks the i did request for connecting rooms. i had no response . the day of i had to call in to verify if i still have those rooms and the gentleman on the phone made it happen.

This hotel has totally gone downhill we will never stay here again!

Sorry but the place has turned into an absolute dump we used to stay there all the time when they gave out chocolate chip cookies and it absolutely we will never stay there again it is absolutely horrible!!

The exterior of the hotel is a dump it’s dirty people loitering around, the hallways smelled and they were dirty and the lobby was so non-welcoming and impersonal and we will just never stay there again!!

The staff were nice, it was affordable. I loved the rooms! Loved that there was a balcony in the rooms. It was prolly the most relaxing stay I’ve had in a couple years. Definitely will be going back. Thank you for such a comforting stay!

Very clean and comfortable but beds very high and patio wasn't like pictures of room facing courtyar

Loved the location. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. The side door entrance was great and easy to use.

The beds were way too high! Both my husband and I are 5'3 and needed a boost to get in bed. Gravity helps you down but was definitely iffy that you didn't hurt yourself getting down. Was looking forward to the patio, pictures showed a small bistro set. This would have been perfect just to sit out on and have a drink or a cup of coffee in the morning. Our patio faced the parking lot and has only one chair no bistro set like the ones facing the courtyard had. And the patio was very small.

There was no breakfast.

Room was too warm. Unable to turn down past 65. A/C very loud and woke me up every single time it turned on. Only 1 working elevator. Refrigerator in room never really got cold enough to make room temp drinks cold. Very loud disruptive guests. Next door was playing very loud rap music at 2am. Older gentleman who checked us in seemed very disinterested and was not informative at all! Not a lot of parking with reports of car break-ins.

We stayed here to attend the Wu-Tang concert and it was maybe a 15 minute drive from the downtown performance venue. It was great.

Location is excellent - plenty of restaurants, easy access to freeway, grocery store just a few minutes away. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Fitness center was great - appreciated the hydration station.

Despite having 3 guests on my booking, I had to ask for a third set of towels each time the room was cleaned. The room size was quite small when the sleeper sofa was used - there was barely room to access the air conditioner. The pool water was cloudy & smelled intensely of chlorine despite a sign that said it was a saltwater pool. There were often no towels available at the pool & in the fitness center.

No parking Hallways hot Elevator dirty same stuff on floor the entire time Staff not friendly Was told we could have two queens upon arrival (had called day of check in) got to hotel went to room only king bed called front desk he told me to come down to the front desk and he would take care of it, went back down, he asked me if we had used the bathroom in the room or anything, and I said NO I called you immediately when it was a King bed, and then he proceeded to looked up the prices I was quoted for the two nights, only to tell me he had no rooms with two beds to move us to!!!!!!! Oh I almost forgot the balcony is a joke why even bother having one. This place was horrible!!!! No pictures nothing wortg taking a picture of, and last but not least no complimentary coffee in the lobby is absurd and so cheap!!!!

The bed was sort of comfortable

Limited parking. Hotel was under construction and one elevator was not working. Staff was very unfriendly. There was no hot food for breakfast. The cups for the complimentary lemon water were around 2 ounce size. The room was poorly laid out for comfort.

Nothing or nobody is perfect

I like the fact that it was a nice clean room. Everything worked in the room. The patio was relaxing and the smart TV provided us with good entertainment (youtube).

Some of the elevators were temporarily out of order and we had to walk out the way to an elevator which made our trip back and forth to the room a lot more time-consuming.

Great hotel.

I booked 2 rooms and called a couple weeks before arrival to ask to have the rooms be together. They made a note of it in t heir system and we're able to provide us with what we asked for even though we checked in a little later ok n a busy weekend. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

There was nothing about this hotel that I didn't like. They had everything we needed and more.

Front desk staff as well as housekeeping staff were all amazing. Night shift worker greeted and took care of me with so much care. He was very nice and wanting to make sure my stay was exceptional. Morning staff was amazing as well and very friendly to all. My children had a great time. They enjoyed the pool, the bed , the streaming options on the tv and of course the wifi lol. The room was great and the bed was so comfortable. The pull out sofa also had cushion and my children were able to get a good nights rest. We will definitely be staying here again.
