Not once but twice!!!

It was quiet and relaxing

The fact that I paid for and reserved a suite with a bay window and got a regular room with a mini fridge and microwave. VERY DISAPPOINTED to the fact I wont go back this is the 2nd time I stayed and it also happened the first time and I overlooked it and didnt say nothing this time they lost a customer because they won't have a 3rd chance to screw me over

Cute Dude, Ugly Pool

The pool was kinda small and wack. It wasn't as warm as I thought, and they definitely have enough room for an indoor hot tub. Not to mention the prices of the rooms, they can afford something cool

We will no be back.

We made the reservation at this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. Between the 2 families that stayed we had 5 children. That was all they wanted to do was swim. I called 3 separate times before our stay to make sure the pool was in working order each time being told yes! After arriving and getting the children ready we headed to the pool. Hoping to enjoy the kids playing and the adults swimming and relaxing. We were so disappointed… the pool area was freezing. And the water was cold. Literally our children lasted 10 min before getting out the lobby in the hotel was warmer than the pool area. Even fully clothed you couldn’t enjoy sitting in the pool area.

That they need to clean better the table had dry juices or pop from the last person then the shower had stuff on the walls then the sheets need to be new throw the yellow ones away then the thermostat was nasty had stuff all over it looks like it hasn’t been clean in sometime . That we had to pay an extra $100 after the fact I paid $140 with a deposit already on top of their deposit.

Upon arrival was given room key with room number, go to the room key card did not work, went to get another and was told that wasn't even our room...given new key cards with new room number...meanwhile coworker was waiting at the orgianal room with our luggage and another person arrived and was wondering why we were waiting at their room...uncomfortable situation/embarresment...not a great start to our stay.

The staff was so attentive to any requests. Their overall demeanor makes this our favorite Columbus hotel! Everyone was awesome. Just a nice over night stay to meet up with family

I usually love this place, this is just the first time things weren’t 100% smooth! But it still wasn’t horrible

The manager did not believe me when I told her my room that was supposed to be a King bed, actually had only a Queen bed in it! But finally I made her come look for herself, then she agreed it was not a King bed! So then we had to gather our stuff and change rooms! Again, not horrible, but if she could’ve just taken my word for it, things would’ve been better!

I wasn't impressed

I like the location I felt safe.

I went to the front desk and asked for two extra pillows and they only had one and she told me that they would bring it to my room and I asked her would you like my room number? And she said sure I will have someone bring it to you your room and nobody did. On booking.com when you initially get the room you look at different options and the room that I picked was one clean bed and a pull out bed and that breakfast was included. When I went to go get breakfast I was told that I needed to have a voucher but on booking.com I was never given the option to opt out of breakfast or to get breakfast. So I was told that I wouldn't be reimbursed and that I would have to pay $15 per person to eat breakfast. I was very aggravated I would not have chosen that hotel if breakfast wasn't included they had no sympathy for me whatsoever so I will not be returning to the Sheraton hotel.

Huge nasty booger on that wall over the bed. Had to move a 1am broken boiler. Moved next door hear wouldn’t get over 72, mind you it was 32 degree that night 😖.

Have been here many times for my trips to Columbus and all my previous experiences were great. Nice view, Good tv, Comfortable, Great bathroom previously. Hotel staff is great.

This time the bathroom wasn’t great. The water was lukewarm, water pressure was low, and the shower wasn’t very clean. One of my favorite things about this place before was the shower, but this time it was pretty bad. Also the room was smaller this time, the hotel booking website was inaccurate. Then we wanted to contact the hotel desk, but the room phone was broken. And what is very frustrating is that we were charged an extra $20 than what I expected.

Great quick stay in Columbus

Property was in a nice location, with a private fenced in lot for parking. The overall layout was nice. Rooms were a decent size with the necessary amenities.

The overall layout of the room was nice, but because the doors were “rolling” doors, they wouldn’t shut all the way. The door between the bathroom and bedroom opened on its on multiple times, which was frustrating. I shared the main bed with our two young kids while my husband slept on the pull out sofa. We had one extra blanket that reeked of “pool water.” It stunk up the entire room with its strong odor. Other than that, the hotel itself is beautiful, the staff was amazing (especially the breakfast staff- top tier!!) and we enjoyed our quick stay!

It was too laud. You can hear anything from the walls. Someone banged our door middle of the night at 1 am. It woke us up. I was specifically leave note to have good room, but i guess all the rooms same.

The updated facilities and vibe

The rooms need more of a detail cleaning, stains on carpet and the caulking around the shower was dark orange. The music was alittle annoying after awhile, the grill restaurant food was hit or miss the chicken was dry and tasted old.

The facilities were good, The staff were very friendly and wonderful. The room was great but the bed was not as comfortable I woke up a little sore the next day.

The bed is the only thing that was rough and the air conditioner was a little rough it would turn off and on it didnt seem to just flow.

Staff was awesome. Pools were great and clean. Lemon water in lobby refreshing for summer. Patio at night was so nice. Property was monitored but not intrusive. Felt safe.
