We got there after 9:00 they wouldn't let us use the pool they said no exceptions that was the only reason I even sent it this room at this hotel was because the use of the hot tub in the pool. Then the key wouldn't work on our door not one of the free times they made new keys for us it was the nuisance to wait for someone to unlock the door and we had to wait every time for someone to unlock the door as we stood there waiting.

The location and overall accommodations were great.
The heat didn't work well. That was the main problem. Other than that, the hotel, location and accommodations were great. Thankfully, the shower was extremely hot and comfortable.

Bed was good. Room was clean.
Well it had a restaurant and bar. But they were both closed at 8:30pm on a Saturday night. The large window in my room you couldn't close both curtains so it was way too bright. And the breakfast was a Joke. Horrible.

The location was good. The price was good.
Lack of cleanliness.....hair in the shower, Qtip left on the floor. Didn't feel like room was adequately cleaned.
Pool and hot tub were closed and that wasn't mentioned when booking.

We thought it was a free buffet which it wasn't. 11.99 was the charge so we declined. It looked good with ample selections. The free coffee in the lobby was like warm even when they brought 2 new pots. I think they brew all the coffee at 3am and the it just sits on the counter allowing it to cool down
Very dated in need of upgrades. Wallpaper peeling and musty smell in the room. Lobby hall from the pool to the elevator was always wer . It would be easy to solve this with a rug runner.check was always backed up due to checking problems.

The room was nice, as were the beds.
The check in was horrible. We requested early check in and when we got there at 2:00 there was no one at the desk. When a rep came out a few minutes later, I said I had a reservation for that night. I started to ask about early check in and she cut me off and said No, no check in before 4:00. When we returned at about 4:15 there was a very long line and I waited about 45 minutes to get checked in. The staff did not seem to be hurrying at all even with all those people waiting to check in.
One clerk wasn’t aware that pets were allowed. It looked like this location just became a Wyndham property but that is a training issue. The charge for a pet seems quite high at $50. There is no difference regardless how long you stay. My pup did no damage. Seems like there could be a deposit and at least partial refund for no damage.

Honestly, the only good thing was the location
Property was overgrown with weeds and trash everywhere. Only one out of three elevators were working, making the lines long to get up and down anywhere. Beds not comfortable, Everyone felt like they were going to slide out of them onto the floor. Had to flush the toilets (we had 2 rooms) multiple times before anything would go down. They did have free coffee downstairs on Saturday, which is nice, but when I went down on Sunday morning, everything was empty and cold. Asked the front desk person if they did it on Sunday too, and she said yes. I told her everything was empty and cold, and I was told, sorry, guess someone didn't show up for work. There was a security car on site 24-7, which is ok, but when I went out front Sunday morning, he was sitting in the car blaring loud music. This was about 6:00 am.
When we checked out, my wife asked for a printed receipt, never did get one. Front desk person said she would email mail it. Never got it.
The location is good, property is just run down and old. May have been nice at one time, wouldn't recommend staying here, especially a family. Everytime we went out the front door into the parking lot, all we could smell was someone smoking weed!

The odor when you first walked in was very distracting. The one entrance door wasn't really working good. The elevator was dirty, the curtains did not close, therefore there was always light in the room. The bottom covering on the beds the black thing was torn and unsightly. One door did not shut on the dresser, the floor lamp kept turning on and off.

I had an uninhabitable hotel room going to your hotel in Columbus, Ohio. I got to the hotel and the hotel had a moldy floor and a broken toilet. I got moved to another room. Unfortunately, the other room smelled like smoke and had a non functioning air conditioning unit. So I made the conscious decision to leave your hotel and checkout early.
I then decided to contact your customer support.... but I KNOW you didn't transfer me to customer support just for your unnamed customer service representative to hang up on me.
THIS is how YOU treat YOUR CUSTORMERS???
But hey, at least your concierge gave me a business card at checkout with the Assistant General manager, Alan Perez, to contact. Whose phone number leads to the Reservation line....

The staff were very friendly. It was a great price and excellent location. I was in town for graduation and needed an affordable hotel for the weekend. Our rooms were clean and comfy and they were able to put both rooms near each other.
The elevators were slow and would stop on random floors. The hallways stunk like cigarettes and just generally felt dirty. It was easy to tell that this hotel has only recently become a Wyndham property and did not have the quality I expected.

The entire building has a horrible odor of mildew. Staff were less than helpful. The charges were insane. The booking system has too many glitches. Staff were rude or didn't speak English

This Wyndham Hotel is not worth staying. This is old Hotel, changed to Wyndham name. Lot of upgrades needed.
Booking.com charged $16.00 per room for breakfast, Breakfast was joke. Bread toast with coffee, Breakfast server said full breakfast is on weekends only. Booking.com need to refund our money for two rooms. This is a substandard hotel for its name
Hotel need over hauling, does not match with Wyndham standards. Room carpet Hallways all sticky, can't walk, tub was old dirty, breakfast was joke. Elevators looks like real old, Even room numbers are computor printed. Need full refund for two rooms one night. Right now in this condition do not recommend to anyone.
