    Promptly checked in. Tried to check in online but it wasn't working. I mentioned that upon physically checking in. She said it's not working as it's currently in Beta form (why have it available to guests if it's not working?). My room was never serviced when I was there. I needed to ask for towels, washcloth, toiletries, and coffee packets. The room was weathered but clean. The morning person at check out seemed grumpy and didn't say or ask how my stay was.

    Staff was great. Lobby smelled, but I understand the hotel was under reconstruction. Room was nice enough. The hotel was great for what I needed that night -- a place to sleep after a long drive to the west coast. I would not bring my family simply because the facilities were either not great or in disrepair while they fix stuff; hopefully it was the latter of the two.
