Clean room thank you.

Hot tub abd door keys were bot functional for all rooms the entire stay. Had to be let in by maintenance and there was 1 person for the entire hotel. I waited 30 min after check in jyst to get in my room

card key reader wasnt working, so staff had to escort us to our room every time. They were friendly and helpful, but it was inconvenient. The rooms didnt have very good noise reduction (could hear other rooms tv often)

Unfriendly staff, broken/unavailable amenities. Unpleasant atmosphere.

Water for showers was barely warm. Only had 3 channels on the tv that worked. Usually its a nice stay, not this time

My truck got busted into!!

Breakfast was $11.99 per person dining room was as cold as outside, and food wasn't worth the price. Left room clean and was charged a pet fee but I didn't have a pet in room, when I called to ask about it, they have no idea how that happened.

Great stay

Staff was amazing. Food was not appealing or tasteful for to pay for it. My room was amazing but TV’s hardly showed working channels and my bathroom sink I noticed after awhile was clogged up and no matter how many times I’ve asked, no one has came to fix it. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

I got an amazingly good deal literally paid $27 for the night i wad totally expecting to pull up to a roach motel tbh and i couldnt of been more wrong. Was an excellent stay for such short notice. The satff was friendly and helpful, faculty was clean, the pool/hot tub was clean and stocked full of towels. Would definitely recommend!!

It did not include any of the cited ‘possible reasons’ (specific prices or room rates; profanity; personal information). If this second attempt is rejected, then I suspect that Expedia/Wyndham is gaming the reviews.] This Wyndham Hotel-Columbus compares favorably to a ‘never staying here again’, roadside motel. (Yep. Stayed at a bunch of them to afford ski lift tickets). There were couple of pros: reasonable price; quiet; convenient location to OSU; comfortable bedding. However, the cons easily outweigh those pros: Entire hotel needs major renovation (dark, dingy hallways; peeling paint; stained walls; filthy carpets; delaminated doors; non-drawing window drapes (no privacy)). Not a facetious comment: Allowing dogs to stay in the rooms is disgusting -- bed bugs worries is bad enough, but fleas & ticks also? It is probably not uncommon for hotels to maximize its income by offering less than desirable rooms (e.g., neglected sections/rooms, slated for renovation; near elevators and vending & ice machines; dingy hallways) at a discounted rate to travel booking agencies. So, beware! Unless you are really desperate, stay away until Wyndham completely renovates this hotel. It is not worth the couple of bucks that you may save.

Pleasant staff. Breakfast buffet for a charge. Food cold and not appetizing. Good price for a comfortable bed but hotel very run down.

Upon arrival, the hotel grounds were noticeably unkempt, with trash scattered around the exterior. Additionally, there were guests smoking marijuana at the front entrance, which created an uncomfortable first impression. The first room I was assigned had a non-functioning heater, so the front desk manager moved me to a different room. While the second room did have working heat, the toilet did not flush properly, making the stay inconvenient and disappointing overall

Elevators not operating properly during stay. Room was not vacuumed during stay.

Room was great. I was alone and had one bed. Very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast good.

Dirty room, dirty hotel in general

Room was not clean, door was extremely heavy, difficult to open/close, impossible to lock; bathroom faucet dripped. Hotel looks as though it has recently been sold to Wyndham. Staff was nice and bed was very comfortable.

The bathrooms really need remodeled. In our first room, the curtain rod was broke, the outlets didn’t work, the bath plug didn’t work, no working bathroom exhaust fan, and we had no hot water. They finally moved us and the second room was better better but still no exhaust fan and so it would literally rain water from the ceiling and door jamb. The hot tub didn’t work the entire time we were there, and the elevators were slow or out the entire time. Someone also was smoking weed in their room and set off the fire alarm at 11 pm. The staff was 100 percent great and we really appreciated all their help in dealing with the glitches with an older property. We did appreciate them immensely.

Rude employee at front desk. Not told of deposit when making reservation nor at check in. Elevator stopped working after we got to the room so had to walk up/down 5 flights of stairs during stay. Will not be back!

The fire alarm was working, I got to meet some of the other guests. The people working the desk deserve a raise! With about 100 people in the lobby, they kept cool, and courteous.
