The hallway carpet was dirty and smelled. There were places on the walls in the room where bugs had been killed and not wiped down. The walls are very thin.

I reserved a double bed room ..stayed a week .they gave us a single bed room saying there were no other rooms available for the whole week at all . because we needed 2 beds ..I'm a travel nurse..that has a driver with me..we are not a couple.the bed was horrible..the building smells old and like pot. The staff are rude and not helpful .they have laundry service but not any coin machine or change at desk . The bed was so uncomfortable!!! I work 12 hr shifts ..even with a heating pad I still woke up soar.. I slept in my truck 4 of the days after my night shift. Ridiculous to say the least! My company uses wood spring for alot of travel nursing contracts and prepays out stay ...I did let my office know I believe they should start using extended stay of America again .

This stay was the worse place I ever stayed at their was roaches everywhere! There was hair dye all over my bathroom from someone who previously stayed there then the AC didn’t work the tv never worked and when I told the front desk about it they always said they would have it looked at and never did. Also when I asked for another room they told me they couldn’t because they didn’t have anymore available. Also there were people smoking in the stairways.

Good Location, but not worth the savings in money.

Dirty, Rooms had stains on the floor, and they were not kept up with or cleaned, this and the people at property gave the feeling of being unsafe. Also, when we reserved for several days to find out that we needed to move after one day, they would not do a refund, so we lost 400 dollars. They will refund companies but not individuals. That makes sense. Lets take care of businesses that have money and not individuals that might need the money when a situation changes unexpectedly.

Good location to Columbus and highway

We were given a room key to a room that already had guests in it. We walked right into them sleeping and when we told the front desk they didn’t apologize, just gave us another room. Then, the room they gave us had roaches in it. Several different types. The way the staff reacted indicated it was a frequent issue.

Honestly, the only real plus I can speak on was that the price was good. And I guess the staff were friendly.

I’ve stayed at quite a few different WoodSprings since I’m away for work a lot. This one kind of sucked. It was ran down and dated. It was not very clean. Quite a few shady occupants. The night shift guy was friendly but often no where to be found when I needed to swap my towels out. Anyways, I wasn’t impressed. The Dayton WoodSpring is good to go! This one though, no bueno.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past 7 days for work. I have yet to find anything to complain about. With an affordable rate, a prim location for shopping/dinning, and anything to do in Columbus. I'm staying at this location for another week, which I wouldn't be doing if I was unhappy with any part of my stay.

Since arriving, I haven't run into any issues or have any complaints in my first 7 days stay.

Did not stay, the young lady Connie was so nice. She stated breakfast was not being served, but he had a stove and frigde in the room.

The room was too small and smelly. I reserved a double queen or king and a got a full size bed. Me and my husband could not function in that room

live roach in dresser, loud noises and thumping early in the morning, they knocked on door twice during my checkout day in the same hour, trash in hallways and elevators and putrid smells in the hallways
