    Only one elevator worked, kitchen was under renovation which is not listed as such on the website. Had to be switched rooms immediately due to a horrible smell, my key didn't work and was informed it was supposed to be a special key, the room door was stuck. The second room carpet was gross and there was water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom.

    Looks ARE deceiving when it comes to this place! TRUST me when I say you DONT want to stay here! We had 3 in our group for 3 days yet we were only given enough towels for 2 to shower 1 night. It took 4 requests to get more which was only 2 towels. We couldn't use the hot tub, the pool was freezing (not heated) we were left 1 roll of toilet paper & when we ran out i went down to the lobby twice only to find NO ONE. Paper towels from lobby restroom had to do. The room key stopped working, the elevator kept beeping with a red flashing light saying "communication failure" after emptying the small trash can we had to use a store bag because we had no extra bag. Ive yet to find a staff member to get toilet paper. Im so glad we head back home tomorrow!

    Hair dryer immediately smoked, blazed and sparked. This 6 floor hotel was housing a large gathering and 2 of 3 elevators were out of order. Stairs weren't well marked. Photos of laundry in the hall in the evening, ice machine insides exposed, room service plate next to elevator on the table for over 12 hrs, and severely neglected landscaping did not load. Promoted breakfast buffet not available. Hallway carpet was filthy, many rooms had paper numbers taped to the door, others had no number. My room was roomy, clean, and did not smell. The toiletries were nice.
