Sheets and blankets smelled like mildew and the pool isn’t 24 hours

I enjoyed the breakfast, but there was only one employee stationed there, so it took a while for him to bring our more food and there were many guests waiting. But overall, nice experience.

The pool chemicals were too strong. There was imbalance. Everyone's eyes were burning and my kids couldn't breath and kept coughing.

The room was clean and comfortable

The front end man did not know what he was doing and was going to over charge us when we already paid. Kids were also loud in the very late night and nothing was done

Liked the shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc was provided in the bathroom. Ice maker on every floor. Breakfast was decent. Location was super convenient for our event.

Beds weren't comfortable. The elevator was soo slow. The last 2 days we were there, the luggage carts went missing and the front desk didn't seem to want to find out who had kept them in their rooms. This was a big inconvenience! Housekeeping wasn't great. We has 4 guests but every day only had 3 sets of towels. Front desk added a note about getting another set but that didn't work so had to ask for another set every night during our stay.

Came here because of travel to zoo. We always stay at holiday inn express love the rooms and free breakfast. We were given a great room close by because of my mobility issues We were also allowed early check in!

Pool only 4 ft deep

The breakfast was very good and kept well stocked. It would have been nice if it were kept open just a little longer during the week.

The only issue we had was with the height of the bed. My husband and I are in our 70s and 80s and I am partially handicapped, so we had a handicapped room. But the bed was so tall that it was a struggle to get in it.

My room wasn't cleaned one day which meant I did not have any cups to fit the coffeemaker.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

No smoking area so I noticed cigarette butts on ground by bench in front of hotel.

The breakfast for the two mornings that I was there were very good. Many different items to eat every day. Food was fresh and liquids were quite good as well.

Phone in room did not work. It took me almost two full days to figure out how to use the machine to cool or heat the room. No idea what channels were available to watch on the TV.

Very good and plenty

I chose this hotel because of all the glowing reviews about how clean this hotel is but that just wasn't my experience. First off the actual check in went relatively smooth and fast. The first room I was given when I went into the bathroom to do my usual surface wipe down, I took one look at the shower and immediately I was disgusted. There was mold buildup, all types of stains it was so gross. It looked like it had not been touched in months. I immediately called the front desk and asked if I could get another room. She agreed immediately, but didn't really seem concerned with my complaint of the dirty bathroom, not even an apology. I go to the second room and the first thing I do was check the bathroom, and it's the same exact issue. By this time I've given up hope of staying at this hotel, I had been on the road 12 plus hours that day and just wanted a clean place to take a shower and lay my head a few hours, but I knew I wouldn't be able to do it comfortably there. I called the front desk again and asked if it would be possible to get a refund since I wanted to check out and leave because I didn't feel comfortable staying there since 2 of the rooms I was given the showers were gross. She told me I would have to speak with the Manager Mariah the next morning. Again, I received no apology for my dissatisfaction even as I check out after being at the hotel for less than 20 minutes. The next day comes and I call the hotel to speak with the manager Mariah. I was told that she called out sick and to give her a call back the next day. I call this morning and she supposedly just left out the door and wouldn't be back today. It was quite obvious that I'm being given the run around and that I won't be speaking to anyone that cares about my experience. It's rare that I write reviews about my experiences, I've had some unpleasant stays before but this was the worst by far. The photos posted are of the second shower.

The bedding had hair all over it and the bathroom wasn’t clean enough and they left old tissue from previous guest the shower was not clean or the mirror in the bathroom and the fridge was dirty I cleaned it the best I could

The breakfast. I thought they could have done better. They could have made effort to give us fresh food instead of frozen food.

When I walked in I was greeted by the staff, they were very nice & helpful. The pool was smaller but big enough for the kids to have a good time. The breakfast was buffet style, they had multiple things to chose from.

The room was spotless and huge. The included breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Location was good with a car- easy access to freeways and shopping centers. There are some restaurants in walking distance. Bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were well-appointed.

It was a little loud in the morning when the people next door with kids were getting ready and leaving but I blame that on the loud people- I don't think it was acoustics or thin walls.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly. The room was very nice, clean and large.

The traffic noise was very loud, even though I'm hard of hearing. I had trouble with the shower--couldn't turn it on without being sprayed with freezing cold water. Couldn't reach the controls from the front of the shower stall. The price of the room is too high.
