Layout is odd. Our room was the farthest room from the front desk so I got a lot of walking in! There are entrances (with your key) at the corners so you can get to your room easily but you won’t be near the benefits of the front desk or bar.

Beds comfortable, pool way to cold we couldn't swim at all

Beds were comfortable.

We came mostly for the pool it has a waterfall and we have alot of kids so we wanted to swim. It was not possible, the pool was ICE cold. Even my kids wouldn't get into the pool. Probably the coldest pool ive ever tried to swim in it felt like they poured ice into it.

A nice stay near the zoo and colleges

The staff stood out to me as the best part of my stay. The front desk staff was kind, patient, and helpful as was the gentleman working at the breakfast cafe. The bed was comfortable, the room a bit dated but clean. The breakfast was good, on par with most hotels.

The door has a fairly large gap underneath it, so I could hear people walking around and talking all night.

We did not pay for a $12 breakfast, we were up the better part of the night with someone else's tv blasting by our room which was on the 1st floor so we know everyone heard it up until about 2:00 a.m.

the rooms were clean, linens were clean. beds were very comfortable. A little noisy, but not bad.

having to pay before reserving with no cash back for cancellation, then having to pay another $100 which still hasn't come off my card, upon my arrival. The shower did not have good pressure and was hard to regulate temperature. No hair dryer in the room. no fresh towels or washcloths were put in the next day. But the cleaning crew was awesome in their work, otherwise. Having to pay extra for the breakfast was a rip off for what is offered especially with the cost of the room.

The staff was very friendly. I had a doctor's appointment and asked to check in a couple of hours early because I had my elderly mom and my little granddaughter with me,it wasn't a problem at all.The hotel was very, very clean and it smelled great! Very comfortable beds and there were about 5 pillows on each bed,THANK YOU!!! I love to have at least 3 for myself 😁.The entry level was very pretty and very clean! I didn't take any pictures of the hotel or my room, but trust me, it's very nice!! Keep up the great work!!!!☺️🙌🏼

To Err is Human.

I needed a place to stay with power due to my home electricity being out for four days. I use a CPAP machine. The issues were with the payment system. My card was repeatedly declined due to system errors. The food was subpar and overpriced. Other guests were loud and obnoxious at all hours. Pet noises and smells diminished my stay. Staff was friendly.

Very friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The TV did not work properly and the walls were very thin. The rooms are a bit dated, but I was only staying for 1 night so these things did not bother me.
