Our state was amazing. Every staff member we encountered was so courteous and professional. The staff was first class. They gave exceptional service the maid service. They were so clean and extremely pleasant. The front desk staff was a full of smiles and kindness, and very knowledgeable and helpful the concierge for the greeting hour the breakfast staff everyone was polite, kind generous I believe we have found our new home away from home.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and usually love it, but unfortunately this stay was a bit disappointing. The room had an unusual smell, which affected my experience. Breakfast was great and I really enjoyed the food, though I would love to see more milk options available, as is common in hotels of this level. Aside from these issues, I still enjoy staying here and would happily return again.

The room was nice except the bathroom didn’t have enough lighting. The door could have had better locks for protection otherwise it wasn’t as bad. They charge you for parking and other hotel do not charge for parking feel like it’s for extra money.

Beautiful hotel with a nice staff. Loved having the gathering in the evenings with a free drink. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The room was nice and very clean. Would stay here again!

My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. We were in town for a funeral and we arrived early in the morning the day of the funeral after driving 11 hours, they allowed us to check in early without penalties (early check in fee), they were very understanding to the fact that we had to get ready for the funeral. Thank you Anna for your consideration and understanding!

Older room. Furniture stains, strong dog and mildew smell. Dirty carpet. Customer service was excellent. Food excellent. Only the room conditions were not up to standard even though I booked a standard room. It still wasn't what I'm use to as a Hilton property

Overall the hotel was decent. Breakfast was good. The omelette station was the highlight. The property needs to be updated. Rooms are old and carpet and furniture is stained. The rooms need to be cleaned a little better. Cleaners should be more detailed about the cleaning. It was okay for an overnight stay but if I had to stay longer, I would have stayed elsewhere.
