Wonderful front desk staff help make this a great hotel

Absolutely wonderful front desk staff- helpful + knowledgeable. Our suite exceeded expectation! Large comfy bed/ good lighting/ well equiped kitchenette/ very comfortable sofa/ good wifi/ + excellent sound insulation. The complimentary breakfast was good and the breakfast room was very nice.

Good place but could do better

The room was big enough for our large family and the beds were comfortable. Also the front desk staff especially the lady working the front desk was extremely friendly. The kids loved the pool and the basketball court. It was close to everywhere we needed to go.

The shower floor was not too clean and when I went to use a face cloth there was hair all on the towel. Also for breakfast had to wait in a long line to make a waffle as there was only one waffle maker and not enough seats for the amount of people who was at breakfast. There weren't any ice machines. I never stayed at a hotel without ice machines as the ice makers in the freezer didn't make any ice.

Breakfast was as expected for free. Not fantastic food, but it was hot and plenty of it, and free. But the people serving were very good.

Very enjoyable.

The room was very nice, great amenities and felt very secure. The kitchen was well equipped and had most everything one could need, including cookware and dishware.

It was a little difficult to spot from the road. The coffee in the room was very weak but the coffee at the complementary breakfast made up for it. My door washer had some trouble finding us but we figured it out. The mattress could have stood to be a little bit softer.

Residence Inn Review

The room was spacious and comfortable. It came with a full kitchen, dishes, a living room area and 2 closets. The price was exceptional! My husband and I would love to come back whenever we need to run away from our kids!

My only hangup was that there were ants coming from the bathroom. That's the only reason I rate it a 9 out of 10. It's not a dislike but more of a recommendation, but if it's possible, I suggest adding more apps/streaming services to the TV. Disney+ for those with families, HBO Max, Hulu, BET+ etc. for adults and couples who just need a reprieve from daily stresses and who want to watch their favorite shows without their little ones all in their face.

much needed rest by the Heart Hospital

breakfast was great. It had everything we needed.

staff telling my brother- that no one tips. Also one day I stayed the front desk clerk was on her phone around the corner of the desk. Not once but twice. IMy mom waited on her for a while before I knocked on counter. Then I came to check out and I recorded her just standing on her phone behind the desk. Wasn't busy in there, she had other things on her mind and it wasn't customer service

1 Night in Little Rock 10/10 @ Residence Inn

We stayed in a double bed room & both were very comfortable. One bed was a king & the other a queen across from each other. The room was like an efficiency apartment with a sizeable kitchenette. We didn't have the breakfast but I liked that it was open until 10am as most close at 9:30 even on the weekends. This location is between a Lexus dealership & a hospital or urgent care center so it felt safe too.

Good choice for a comfy stay

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The fitness center was fully stocked with weights, which was very convenient for me. Staff was very friendly as well!

The doors automatically deadbolt when they close, and sometimes it would take multiple turns of the door handle from the inside for the deadbolt to go back in the door so we could actually close it.
