it was a stay.

very clean environment, day time staff were really nice

the power went completely out for 5 hours, nobody contacted us or anything. we went down to see if the front desk people knew what was going on, nobody was there. we still have no idea what was going on. another thing is, the walls are very thin, you can hear and smell everything!

The floors felt warped on the 2 nd floor and my remote control barely worked for the tv and the tv is a little to far from the bed with it being a smaller tv

The location was close to highway, food and gas stations

The lack of professionalism, the lack of cleanliness and the cost for the service we experienced. The sofa bed bellow is just one example of what we experienced. I pulled it out and the sheets had a dirty diaper leftover and the sheets were stained with food and what may have been blood.

How clean the outside and lobby was. How great it smelled. Our room was nice and clean with no musty odor. The staff were kind and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay

Large clean suite. Very comfortable bed with nice pillows and silky soft sheets. Shower had adequate pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain, a handy grab bar and dispensers for shampoo and conditioner (would be nice if they would add one for body wash). Plenty of space around the sink to set toiletries. Loved the wood floor—so much more sanitary than carpet. Long kitchen counter with 2 chairs, long desk with two chairs and an easy chair with table — I’ve never seen so many places to sit in our lodging (really terrific!). The nightlight in the bathroom was a nice touch. Lakeesha at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful.

The bathtub floor was grimy (could use a good scrubbing) and there was a bit of traffic noise. Aside from these issues, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this property to other travelers.

Fresh, hot coffee was available in the morning in the hotel lobby. The staff was friendly.

One of the light fixtures next to the bed was not working. The shower's water pressure was low, and the finish at the drain was delaminating. This is an extended stay facility. The room had a full kitchen, which I didnt need or use

The reception area was clean and welcoming but there is never anyone at the front desk! I waited around at least 15-20 minutes a few different times and no one came to the desk even with calling their business phone.

The floor we were on smells like curry when getting off the elevator, you get locked upstairs because your keys don’t work in the stairwell if there was a fire, windows in room were spray painted to keep light out vs putting an extra curtain up. Tub looks like an old insert from a mobile home and our sheets were stained with makeup.

Nothing. Didn’t end up staying. Went to check in, told they gave our room away. The lobby was disgusting, outside made me happy I have a chl. The lady behind the counter made every excuse not check us in. We had to leave. Ended up staying across the street for the same price and a lot better cleaner hotel.

The size and layout of the room was good.

Was very loud, we were on bottom floor and our window was broken so we heard all the outside noises/people. People upstairs sounded like there was a herd of elephants, things crashing around all night. Floors were extremely sticky. Trash from previous people left under sink. We found the phone under the bed with food crumbs, amongst other things. There were roaches in the room.
