Really liked the property.

Needed more bright lights in bathroom area for getting ready. Mirror light was not enough. Putting a mirror in kitchen area over desk would be more accommodating.

Not bad for a night and the money

The facility is in a good enough area and was well maintained. My only complaint was the beds were very uncomfortable and led to a very poor nights sleep.

Excellent Stay 10/10

I loved how the hotel looked both inside and outside. Hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. We will definitely use again for our next couples getaway.

We had a few ants in our bed. It smelled like some one was smoking weed on our floor. They needed meat on the breakfast line like ham, sausage, or bacon. They also needed real scrambled eggs not the powdered eggs.

The staff was wonderful especially Mrs Brenda. She helped me with my 2 year old. Housekeeping was wonderful very nice ladies. They helped with restaurants that would deliver. The room was very nice! King size bed with walk in shower.

It was okay overall

There some employees that were really nice but then there was this one worker who I notice got a nasty attitude with everybody. It was a nice stay overall

I did not like that the sheets my kids were sleeping on had blood on them. The sheets had a lot of spots of blood all over it even the comforter they use as if our sheets were never changed prior to us checking in. It’s was dokie all over the toilet underneath the seat as well as hair all over our bathroom floor. I was really disgusting being an housekeeper myself at another hotel. I couldn’t believe that a nice hotel like this was son nasty like that, luckily from my experience I brought my own sheets and comforters.

Good location good parking lots of food restaurants local a good stop off in Arkansas if you’re on your way to go further into different states I had a family of six

Highly recommend this hotel for comfort and reliability for a good night's rest.

The lobby smelled fantastic when I walked in! The hotel is in a great location for food and proximity to the highway. The uncommonly large dirty laundry bag that is provided in the closet is extremely helpful, resourceful, and one of my favorite details I think a hotel can provide its guests. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the building was pretty silent. We couldn't hear guests unless they were in the hallway and speaking loudly, and there was no highway white noise keeping us up throughout the night. The curtains actually kept the daylight out which helped us stay asleep longer. The room was very spacious and had a wet bar, taller mini-fridge, and microwave. Overall I would stay here again and it has persuaded me to want to stay at other Springhill Suites locations.

We did not try the breakfast as it was very busy but they did have waffle machines! The vent in the bathroom was insanely loud, very overwhelming. At least make the vent a separate light switch so the guest can decide when they want it on. Our shower leaked out of a corner from somewhere towards the bottom that soaked the whole floor.

The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Great location, plenty of restaurants and shopping near by.

We only had one wash rag in the room when we arrived. It was myself, my wife, and three grandkids. Called the front desk and was told they were out and would bring us some when they came out the dryer. We had places to go and needed to shower, so we had to run and buy some. The hotel was completely booked, so I get it, just a big inconvenience. The beds are absolutely horrible and might be the most uncomfortable I've slept in at any Marriott or any other hotel.

It was set back from the main road just far enough to dampen traffic noise. It was very clean. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and very helpful when we had questions.

My daughter (17)thought the bed was very comfortable. I didn’t dislike the bed outright but I couldn’t really get comfortable in it. The mattress wasn’t as firm as I use.
