Hot water and great room heater

Snow and ice all over the parking lot. No one plowed the lot. Also initial rate was $3 more than I had seen on booking.com. Clerk was rude and told me to book it online. I did. I ask for a downstairs room. Hotel was near empty. I was told no first floor rooms available.

Absolutely INCONVENIENT & UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Uh I was saddened and disappointed with this place,there is literally MOLD EVERYWHERE!!!! THE doors Lock was broke, the light fixture and vent was hanging out of the socket!!! There was a large whole cut in the wall under the sink and it was a very shady location!!!! I paid and they didn't even have my change(i was charged $65 for the room i had $70 cash and they didn't have the $5 change to give me. The poor guy had to leave a note to the manager to say id be picking it up at check out!) They had construction going on and there supplies was everywhere,I had to maneuver around paint and supplies while trying to get to my room. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING/NOR REFERRING ANYONE TO THT ESTABLISHMENT!!! I HONESTLY WISH I COULD GET A REFUND FOR THE NIGHT!! IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Nothing Man who was to clean the room Rude mean mugs from him No ice maker that worked Electric ⚡️ plugs did not work They had us waiting on our booked Room for a while A room that was falling apart My husband did not like this Motel 6 He never 👎 wants to stay here again We always like motel 6 because we can keep our fur baby with us Like home But this place was dirty an stinks 😷 They need to clean 🧽 it up Hope this helps

NOTHING!! We never got a chance to stay at the property. When we arrived 3/31/23 a EF3 tornado 🌪 had hit Little Rock Arkansas and there was no power at the hotel. The property manager instructed us ( me and my daughter with grand children) to cancel our rooms. To get refunded. We had 2 rooms reserved .And we still HAVE NOT gotten REFUNDED our money

Having to file a claim with FTC for the hotel failing to return our funds back to our bank card. Shame on you. 👎federal government employee.

Just getting away from home

The location and the price was okay. The front desk clerk was friendly

The bed felt like it was leaning. Cabinets were broke and hanging off. There was a lot of people standing around outside. Our tv remote did not have any batteries and the signal was poor. There was a table in the room but there weren’t any chairs. The refrigerator did not get cold at all but thankfully the freezer part worked. The phone in the room did not work either, picked it up to call the front desk and all you could hear was static and the phone number I had to the office did not work. Second time staying here but the first time we stayed the rooms were in better condition

The kitchen and room were very clean even though I had requested a non-smoking ground floor and was given a third floor smoking room someone had cleaned it

Nothing I requested was taken into consideration I was given a third floor smoking room I have two small dogs one has very bad hips there were no pet fees specified on their pet rules but I was still charged an additional $20 and booking through booking.com I was charged an additional $15 I could have saved $35 if I didn't use booking but lesson learned I guess
