We had a horrible experience with our stay. I’d rather spend a few more bucks to get better accommodation and facility,

The price is reasonable and the location seems safe, it is also close to the downtown area and the parking lot is spacious. The beds are comfortable. The tv, refrigerator and oven are working.

The aircon’s filter is so dirty, the air flow smells ammonia. The room smells cigarette, even though we requested non-smoking room. They only provide 2 towels when we booked 3 people per room. The facilities seem okay but the maintenance and service crew are not doing a very good job.

The towels, sheets...a little outdated and worn withered. Should be able to afford new and better sheets as a hotel. Towels were stained and unattractive. I had to go to my truck and get my own for me and my children to wash ourselves with.

Dirty Trap House....Serving Fiends all Day

Not a thing. This place is disgusting.

To be honest, I didn't like a thing about the place. It was filthy m..nothing worked ...I tried to go get food and was approached twice to buy crack and once for coke. . I don't even smoke crack! Lol. I felt like I got a disease from the bathtub (which for the record is not a hot tub.... it is a tub with six jet holes, only one worked poorly and sprayed water all over my electronics) ...when all I was trying to do was get clean.

Location wasn’t too bad, right off interstate.

Very dirty, bad smell, uncomfortable, rude staff, felt unsafe. Went to get something out of my car around 11PM and there were a bunch of people just standing around on in bicycles right outside room, and by our vehicle, they stayed out there for an hour and were very loud, had to call front desk to get them to ask them to leave. There were 3 of us, only 2 towels and 2 wash clothes, asked for one more of each and they threw a fit about it.

Everything! The location is very ghetto. The rooms are very nasty and don’t look like the picture at all FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! It was stains on the pillow casing and sheets and there were bugs in my room I wasn’t comfortable or happy with they stay at all.
