Very short but we felt so refreshed and well rested after leaving!

I loved everything about it from the parking to the friendly and helpful staff and it was very clean and sanitary and I love that breakfast is available!

The only thing we didn’t like was the semi trucks parked near the entrance, it was very hard to see around them and we just felt unsafe coming in and out because you can’t really see around the semis and cars come driving past there.

Very comfortable beds and an amazing breakfast

Some of the people who were guests were actually partaking in recreational smoking. Ibdont mind them doing it on their time and in their own place. I dont like my kids having to see it or smell it. There is a time and a place for it. It isn't always about that individuals needs. Its about everyone's

The breakfast was ok. The lady upon arrival was kind of helpful the others not so much.

The staff wss rude . Made me feel discriminated againt and even accused me of trying to steal some candy. Charged me $80 for a visiting friend that stayed 1 of the 7 nights. Still waiting on return of$100 deposit.

So the VA lodge is us at best Western whatever sparks is full for the overflow and Sparks doesn’t serve breakfast either

Terrible, nasty dump!

Nothing…it was a dump!

The place was a nasty dump. Bad part of town, homeless everywhere. The front office and check in smelled like cigarette smoke. You could tell by the curtains in the windows all wadded up it was nasty. Girl at the front desk was not at all friendly! We did not stay!!

Nothing was to like about it.

The room was nasty there was blood on the mirror there was hair all over the bed the table in the room was broken the legs were really bad and it didn't even look like it had been vacuumed there were homeless people in the parking lot and hookers hanging around. Oh, the picture lies about the size of the room. It's tiny

Lovely stay, great bed, great staff, but needs better AC

The convenience to the roads we needed and getting a room on the first floor with no steps. Staff and breakfast were excellent.

Room was tight with all of our handicap equipment and AC did not keep us cool during the night.

Never again will i stay here and never will i recommend anyone else to stay here.

It’s convenient to a lot of fast food restaurants and gas stations and also the highway. The beds were comfortable.

I didn’t like that the linen has stains on them, on my last day of stay i started to see roaches. Also the pool was closed. The parking is horrible, a lot of broken down cars parked on property. The breakfast tasted like it was two or three days old, it’s almost like they reheated it from a few days ago.

Easy in and out, the breakfast was great. We actually got to eat. The attendant was on top of everything and kept everything clean.

We were disappointed the pool was not open, in fact the pool area was over grown and there was a tarp covering the pool. The only ice machine was on the third floor.

The hotel front desk was very nice. The bed was comfortable.

The room was very small, you couldn't flush the toilet without reaching under the cabinet to reach the handle. The shower handle would not turn, we had to call the front desk for help. There was a major water leak while we were there where they had to shut off water to half the rooms. Saw a dead roach in the hallway.

Mostly Nice

My room was spotless, the bed & pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast choices were amazing. Keith was at the front desk when I checked in, and he is a treasure - so friendly and welcoming, making sure I knew where everything was and that I felt safe. I can’t say enough good things about him.

Apparently popular with truckers, it was a bit difficult to find the entrance because of the semis parked along the road in front of the hotel. I probably wouldn’t stay here again by myself because I was approached by two different people as I was loading up to leave - one wanted me to let him in because he forgot his key (sorry, no), then he wanted a cigarette, then a light for the cigar in his pocket. Thankfully one of the maintenance men intervened and I was able to go back inside through a different door. The other person was inside my hallway, wanted cigarettes, then money for breakfast; when I pointed out there was a nice spread in the lobby she said she was tired of that and wanted to go out. I literally had to slam the door to my room in her face because she kept getting closer and closer, making me extremely uncomfortable. Probably harmless but still unsettling.

They had a water main break that was just repaired when we arrived. The water in the sink and the bath tub was brown. It did not turn back to clear. The brown water stained the tub; we had just got off the road from driving 13 hours and needed to shower. We could not shower in brown water. We left and did not stay.

The carpet in the room felt damp, due to the AC unit. The bed was old, lumpy and did not sleep well. THIS location is more of a $75 night room, NOT happy with what I paid.
