Everything was great except the air situation

Staff was friendly.

That this is the second time I'm having to submit this survey. The room stayed warm the whole stay. We had the thermostat on 65 by the end of the night and it STILL never cooled off!!!!!! Also, the light in the vanity/sink area does not allow anyone that's already in bed to sleep or continue to sleep because of the location of it. The light is DIRECTLY in their face.

I really like how clean and comfortable it is, the hotel was relatively quiet like no guests were loud or up all night running the halls. The one bed suite was a nice size and love the full size fridge. Breakfast was really nice when it came to options. Coffee and fruit juices. Eggs bacon oatmeal cereals waffles yogurt with topping options....bagels/breads.

I think the room i had was starting to look dated. For me the most noticable was the mirror had what i believe to be a paint stains in the top right and the shower had a noticable hole along with some deep scratches on the floor. I still like he hotel and would definitely stay again but for the price I think that shower floor should be in better condition.

There was homeless people there in the area. It’s pretty much in the ghetto, but it doesn’t show you that in the picture when you’re online but you sure do see it whenever you look out your window that’s for sure but they don’t show that.

My recent experience at the Staybridge Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The complimentary breakfast was not only delicious but also offered a variety of options that changed daily, adding a thoughtful and personalized touch to the stay. The staff was consistently friendly, courteous, and eager to assist with any needs. The hotel’s commitment to maintaining a quiet and relaxing environment was also evident. The "lights out" policy was taken seriously, and front desk personnel emphasized that the best way to ensure it is upheld after hours is by reporting any disturbances directly to them. The room itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure—both of which contributed to a restful and refreshing stay. A standout feature was the weekday happy hour offered Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., which included complimentary appetizers, wine, and soft drinks—a thoughtful and welcoming amenity that added to the overall comfort and value of the stay. Additionally, the location felt safe and secure at all times. I never felt uncomfortable or at risk, whether arriving late at night or walking around the area.

We paid for this trip via Booking.com. When we got to the hotel we had to provide a credit card for incidentals. Not a big deal, standard at most hotels, but “because we paid a third party” our charge was $250. I think that’s a little excessive.

It was refreshingly pleasant!

It was new, clean, didn’t smell bad inside. Breakfast was great! Loved the large bathroom!

Don’t allow people to make outside the front door. Rather designate a smoking area off to the side or behind the building. It makes for an awful first impression having to walk through someone’s second hand cigarette smoke.

The front desk worker was really pleasant when checking me in

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect.

The room was dim and one of the lamp lights wouldn’t come on due to outlet not working. The bathroom door didn’t close tightly, the sink faucet was loose.

The 2 bedroom queen suite was like being in an apartment. We had privacy in our rooms and a common area with living room and full kitchen.

One elevator was out of service our entire 3 day stay, making wait times longer.

The facility was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There was a rotted out hole in the drywall next to the shower and floor. You expect better for this price. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Refrigerator was broken.
