This was a horrible experience for me I ended up with severe nose bleeds because the room was so hot and

Location, staff, room temperature was hot and I was unable to change it. This caused me to have severe nose bleeds. Plus I was to stay for 2 nights and because of this issue I cancelled the second night. Now they are trying not to refund me for the night I cancelled. I should be refunded for both nights because of my inconvenience. I’m going to reach out to corporate if I can’t get my refund for the night I didn’t stay. I had issue with this location before when it was the LaQuinta and I’m pretty sure it was the same management team.

TOO NOISY

The rooms would clean and they had a nice coffee room.

For some reason they will let somebody play their music so loud and for so long it made staying there that night terrible in fact I will not be back there because of that.

Room was awesome (medium-firm bed, sofa with ottoman and stand-up snack tray, roomy). Facility was sleek and tidy.

Breakfast was disappointingly on par with a Super 8 (basic continental with Folgers coffee. Ugh.)

My shower was missing the door so although the water was hot it was cold while taking a shower and she stated that they were fully booked so she would just bring me some extra towels to put on the floor for water. Also the pillows are standard pillows on a king bed and are superrrr thin!

The price and location. Not having to pay for things I wasn't going to use like a pool, excercise room, restaurant/bar was nice. The property was very clean and comfortable.

Everything was great except breakfast. In your listing it said "exceptional" breakfast. It was exceptional in how limited it was. It only had bagels, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and apple juice. Well of course coffee, and that was quite delicious. With you using the word "exceptional" I expected more like maybe a waffle station, something hot, other juices, yogurt, etc.

Pull out couch had dirty sheets. No remote (quickly accommodated on that part) in the room, there was the channel guide under the couch, and some trash under the chair. We got told the pool wasn’t open due to lack of maintenance and the water levels couldn’t be accurate for guests to swim.

We stayed here 6 weeks ago on the 3rd floor and it was clean and nice enough. This stay was like we were in a different motel. Had to change rooms (2nd floor) right off the bat because it smelled and the sheets had stains. Next room (3rd floor) was some better but not by much. The hall carpet was filthy. The walls were stained. Our room had mold stains in the shower. Room just wasn’t clean. Beds are very firm. We are going back to Little Rock in 3 weeks but rest assured, we won’t be staying at this motel.

I will never stay there again.

The location couldn’t have been better. The young man at the desk was friendly & polite, although there was a little glitch in my booking & ended up having to go through booking.com in the parking lot. The bed was comfortable, however, I questioned that the sheets had been washed, as they looked like someone had already slept there.

The chair was so stained, I put a towel in it to sit & drink my coffee. The carpet in front of the elevator was terribly soiled, and the shower floor was grossly molded & filthy. I walked around the room before going to bed, & my white socks were brown on the bottom. The hotel looked very new & nice on the outside, but the cleanliness was disappointingly sub standard.

I did not like this hotel.

I liked the location. The staff was nice and friendly. The sausage/biscuits was good.

There was mold on the ceiling above the bed that was covered by paint and mold in the bathroom shower. I couldn't cancel so I had to stay and breath in that mold. I wish I could get my money back. It's not safe to live in mold and now my allergies are a mess!! The breakfast severed had expired bars/muffins. The neighbor above me was loud and up most of the night moving around. I will not ever stay at that location again.

Great location to down town little rock

Staff absolutely horrible, the night staff asked us to move our vehicle to the back there was no space for us to move with our work trailer he stated trailers in the back with we completelyunderstood and had parked in the back the prior night before. We explained to him there was still opening parking in the front even with us parked in the front... The manager later cussed our kids calling them mother F#%kers when they went to by a coke . AS we went to leave for work the next morning we was harassed again and law's was called where we showed the laws with the photos we took with time stamp of no parking space...absolutely horrible staff..
