A pleasant place to stay

The location. You have access to a number of restaurants and stores if you need to pick up something that is needed. It is really close to the freeway and pretty quiet. The staff was very nice very helpful and they seemed to go extra mile.

Booking.com said kitchen supplies were included. They were not. Staff just said sorry they can't do anything about it. We chose based on being able to make breakfast and could not, not even able to get coffee

Like family

The staff is always so friendly and even when things are hectic they always have smiles on their faces and speak to you. The whole staff makes me feel at home and very comfortable in my extended stay period. I will definitely come back when I need a place to stay. The manger is running a tight ship and her employees are wonderful. They have also turned around with the cleaning process they try hard to keep things as clean and smelling good as possible.

Not clean clean but comfortable

Ok so I wrote a review before on the cleaning part while it’s still not super clean and smells a little funny when I went back again I got the same room and it was way cleaner. It must of been a different person cleaning this time because everything was way better and sheets and pillows were clean this time. That was all I really had to say the staff is always so nice and I feel so comfortable with them. I will stay again

Worst stay that I ever experienced and I travel monthly did not match reviews checked out a day early had to book with different hotel.My first clue should have been when they said no refunds at check in.

Comfortable but dirty

The staff was so friendly and nice only complaint is it was dirty I had to clean my entire room myself food everywhere walls nasty toilet gross and sheets looked like they were never cleaned. They need to make sure cleaning staff is actually cleaning the room I even got my own broom to sweep floors and floors definitely don’t get mopped. I would stay again tho location is good and staff was very friendly. Also had a really bad smell in the room and I wished I could have lit a candle or intense.

I will never stay at this Place again

Breakfast?? There’s was no dang breakfast, and the front desk closed the window I’ve never seen anyone not be at the front desk or it be closed.. An I was she closed it after she helped us

smell like smoke, the stove did not work, the remote didn’t work the kitchen sink was not clean, I felt like someone was going to raid the place the tissue was hard an cheap.. was not a good experience at all. Ah the stay years ago use to be very nice.

Only option available when another booking was cancelled last minute...

Lots of hallway noise at night, like management wasn't paying attention or didn't care residents were noisy. Seems like a cheap longer term housing option for locals...

One of the worst I've ever had. It was lableled on Booking.com as a "special deal". No deal at all

I like that this room made Motel 6 look really good! But the a/c did keep the room cool.

Start with the room key that would open our room door but wouldn't open the outside door or the main door to enter the hallways until the next morning. We were dependent upon the front desk person to come around to let us in the hallway to get to our room. Then the room was dirty, the paint missing in spots, no lamp anywhere in the room and shower valve was so loose it was hard to adjust the temperature.

It was absolutely filthy and smelled like rotten meat. Will definitely not be staying there again. Stayed for a whole weekend and was charged for clean towels every day.
