Excellent overnight stay!

Clean, cool, comfortable bed, easy check-in. Appreciated the full size bath products and good breakfast, good wifi and tv, friendly staff and even a list of nearby restaurants. We were exhausted after 11 hours of driving with four more to go the following day. Thank you for providing a place to rest at a reasonable price!

Disappointing , especially compared to previous stay.

It was clean and conveniently located. This was my second stay here. I stayed here last summer and it was excellent, so I decided to book again. The desk clerk who checked me in was very nice and hospitable.

The WiFi kept cutting out this time. My room was on the 3rd floor right beside the elevator and i just could not keep a signal. I finally gave up and just went to sleep although I had some work to do and a deadline to keep. The next morning I woke up because I was feeling hot and there was no electricity to the entire hotel. I needed to iron my clothes before I left for the airport and wasn’t able because of the electricity situation. After taking the stairs with my suitcase and other bags I got to the front desk to turn in my keys and wasn’t even greeted by or offered an explanation about the electricity situation or even apology by the desk clerk on duty . I was flustered and not in a good mood by then so I didn’t even try the breakfast..

Dogs can bark all nite,

Love this hotel and staff at previous trips. But not this time

As soon as we checked in a dog barked in room below us, all nite long and loud, I went to front desk and talked to them numerous times and was told all they could do was try and call them and ask if they could quiet their dog. Dog didn’t stop. Think it was left alone I asked if I could be moved to room away from the noise and was told they would look to see if they had any rooms and call me back. 2 hours later when I called they had nothing. This barking ruined our trip and stressed my dog and me out. Very disappointed in how this was handled.

Booking system malfunctioned; they were showing another guest our room while we were getting ready the next morning. We booked two nights while the system had us in for only one.

Was put in a conjoined room with very loud people that we could hear very clearly through the door and put in the first room next to the downstairs side door that slammed shut every time anyone came in or out it was pretty hard to sleep. Bad luck I guess. Breakfast tasted good though.
