This was our second stay here, I booked it again right away because our first stay was full of good memories. I wanted it to be an annual tradition during Christmas for our family.
Unfortunately this time around was not as enjoyable. The owner/property manager was hard to get a hold even through calling. After texting with no response we tried calling then received a text that said “I’m on another call” and then never called back or responded. The heat in this place is terrible!! We FROZE!! I also don’t receive the door code until after check in so we had to kill time. It was so cold the night we stayed that our battery to our car died. When trying to call the property manager for help they again never responded.

I had opted for the pastries and they were delicious!
Stairs leading up to the room were steep, no heat in bathroom. Parking was on the street, that in the rear of the building had a narrow alley

We loved the old southern charm of the property. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the room was very clean. The bathtub was phenomenal!
The staircase was a little scary and the bed was uncomfortably hard.

The location was great and it was clean in the room
The smell of cat urine was strong when we came in the front door. The pillows had seen better days and the beautiful bed was coming apart. When I tried to address the issues I got no response

Very spacious top floor of older character-filled home
Responsive staff
Loved the rooftop deck perched among the trees
Location between Central High School and artistic SOMA District was perfect for us
Friendly cat on premises to welcome us!
Access up a slightly wonky exterior stairway would not work for older guests—esp with heavy luggage
Neighborhood is in transition

The property was so spacious and having a private garden was brilliant. We had been in the road for a few days and were starting to miss having our space but Rosemont saved us. The breakfast was delicious. This was truly home away from home. Thank you!

The tub was amazing. The jets were a really cool feature. The bed was comfortable, and they did provide breakfast. The host lives on the property, but you would not ever know. She did her best to stay out of the way and provide guests with a level of privacy.
Just know going into this house that it is old-timey. It is a historically recognized building for a reason. For a lot of people, this would be great. My girlfriend and I were spooked at first, but we got used to it. The spiral staircase did feel like it could collapse at any moment.

The location was good, easy to find and easy to get in and out of. The historic area and older home is really great.
The cottage is nice, clean and comfy. Appreciated being met by Greg the owner, nice guy!
Not really a big fan of having to cook my own breakfast while on the road. Multiple reviews mentioned an awesome frittata. I can't see multiple people all doing their own breakfast frittatas. That being said the waffles were good and plenty of coffee!

This was an 'overnight with Nana' for my 10 yr old granddaughter. She and I had a fabulous time exploring the garden and relaxing in the room after walking around Littlerock all day. She immediately made friends with the cats and looked for them whenever we went outside. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed making it together. She asked if we could stay another night, but we had plans for Sunday travel.
If we could have lengthened our visit by one more night, we would have, rather than leaving right after breakfast. That was MY planning decision. I'll know better next time when I bring the younger sister for her 10th birthday getaway.

My cottage was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Bed was great and communication was easy! There was even a friendly cat outside who greeted me upon arrival.

The breakfast pastries were very good. The apartment we stayed in had a great view and the rooftop patio was fantastic. It had a lot of charm and the furniture was comfortable.
We knew it was a second story apartment, but the stairs were a little steep.

The cottage was cute, the property was private, but very centrally located. We met John and was super nice and even helped load one of our suitcases and took our recycling--THANK YOU!
Really, everything was great.

Very quite and nice location. Very comfortable accommodations and friendly staff! Had an issue with our original room but host was quick to resolve it and upgraded our room. Will definitely stay here again.
Surrounding neighborhood was slightly sketchy but seemed ok at actual location. Not the B&B's fault.

The room and space were very comfortable
Many stairs outside to room. Stairs in disrepair and not suitable for older person. Breakfast of pastries was not great but adequate . Not bakery fresh really since sat in fridge overnight. Savory would be better than sweet . No personal contact which I didn’t like . Interior was fine but a bit tattered . A lot of space inside and if not raining outside too . Things like no shampoo are easily corrected .
All in all for 1 night except for rickety stairs it was quite fine .

.
Too many stairs to climb with luggage, dog, bad backs and knees; this was not explained in advance. Also, the microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator is not working. I cannot feed my dog without a microwave. No shower.

This historic home in the Quapaw Quarter of downtown Little Rock is a GEM! The hosts provided specific information about checking in and were very responsive to questions. The exterior is beautiful and the yard is full of huge trees. My room was the Somerset and it was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Furnishings are antiques and decor is lovely. They offer several breakfast options and everything was very good.
As expected, in an older house, there will be stairs. About 4 or 5 stairs to the front porch and a long, winding staircase to the second floor. Be prepared to carry luggage up to the landing.

Great location to SOMA and close enough to downtown. Cottage was quaint and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the ability to cook at home for 2 night on our road trip. Overall a great place!

Quaint and romantic location. Two sweet cats visited us.
You had to cook your own breakfast!! You had to order 24 hr prior to stay. Didn't realize that in advance of booking. I booked the night before so no breakfast. Every bed & breakfast I've ever stayed was served in dining room. Also the codes and instructions would not download either my phone or spouse. Lucky the cleaning staff was on premises to help as no one answered

Beautiful building, nice bathtub, and a comfy bed
We tried to get breakfast one day, however everything was locked up downstairs. The host lives in the building, however it didn’t seem they were very interesting in being a host.

Cute and comfortable! Loved the windows and the light. All rooms were attractive, fresh and clean. I could happily live there and have everything I wanted. A peaceful place that was very comfortable.
I had trouble with getting what I wanted on tv-but the problem was most likely me.

Near Downtown, in a wonderfully Historic neighborhood, quiet, Southern Charm-hosting and housing, truly your own space and area (balcony). Any questions, needs...were met with quick response and care. Oh yeah, your Host, Susan is a "cooker" and had great bakery goods-even accommodated by What The What - gluten free twist. This was my BEST B&B experience!
That I didn't just MOVE in?!

Location and room were perfect. There was no breakfast offered. I will not be recommending this cottage to anyone.
When my daughter, my sister, her husband and I arrived at the property, we walked in and there was nobody there to greet us. My sister's husband pushed open the door and said hello. The host came out and asked us what we were doing there. He told her I had a room booked at this location and she said no you don't and that this was her home so there was no way we should be there and that we had the wrong cottages. My sister's husband told her that the name of the cottage was outside, and she stated that the was name of the company. My sister apologized for the intrusion and the host said she didn't feel threatened by use being there. My sister's husband started taking the luggage back to the vehicle. The host then asked me what cottage it said I should be at, and I stated it was the one we were at. She said there was no way that it was that cottage. I pulled up the conformation email and she still said that it wasn't that location. She then asked me my name and I told her she asked me to wait a moment so she could see if she could find out where I needed to be. When she returned, she said yes, I should be there and then asked me who was all staying I told her it was just my daughter and me. She said oh I thought it was all four of you staying, I told her no they just wanted to see the room and that they were helping bring the luggage in. She stated that she thought had overbooked, I had my brother-in-law bring the stuff back in (it was 105-degree weather, so we were extremely hot.) Instead of her apologizing for the mix up she stated that maybe next time I shouldn't walk in with that many people. She handed me the key and said she hopes that was all the drama for the night and hopes there wouldn't be anymore. She gave me the code for the door, and we left. There were no other issues until that morning. My daughter and I went and got breakfast around 10:30 we arrived back at the property around 10:45 and she already changed the code.

The breakfast was our only point of disatisfaction. We were well aware of the system ahead of time and placed our orders accordingly. It was just pretty meager, not what we would typically expect from such a nice B&B.

We enjoyed the homey comfort. It was a quiet and peaceful setting. We liked that breakfast was on your own time instead of a set time in a dining room.
