Lovely place. Spacious, cozy and comfortable. It was perfectly clean and a great place to stay.
Beds were very comfortable . Breakfast was lovely. If I were coming through Little Rock, I would definitely stay here again.
Be prepared for several steps up to the cottage. The steps were good, stable and easy to walk up. Just FYI

The tub was amazing. The jets were a really cool feature. The bed was comfortable, and they did provide breakfast. The host lives on the property, but you would not ever know. She did her best to stay out of the way and provide guests with a level of privacy.
Just know going into this house that it is old-timey. It is a historically recognized building for a reason. For a lot of people, this would be great. My girlfriend and I were spooked at first, but we got used to it. The spiral staircase did feel like it could collapse at any moment.
