We had a horrible time sleeping and adjusting to the room.

There were ladybugs crawling on the walls and windows and the front lady said they had several complaints from other tenants which they should have checked it out prior to us moving in and she said they didnt have other rooms due to shortage on housekeeping. The shower was not clean. The lady at the front had terrible customer service and did not have a room ready due to us booking a day ahead and paying for it. We had to wait for a couple of hours. We traveled long hours and It was the worse visit. We would like to speak to a corporate manager.

Love This Place

The atmosphere was amazing. Front desk was exceptional and very helpful. Breakfast was included and also incredible or I was just very hungry, lol. Overall I'd give this stay an A+++

Elevator on my end of the building was not working. I wouldn't normally complain about this because my fat ass need all the exercise I can get, however having to carry my bowling bag with 3 balls in tow was more workout than I needed. Things happen that are sometimes out of your control so I don't blame the hotel for that.

The room was leaking from the vent in bathroom smelled bad called the front desk and reported it to the guy and he said he would move us once the manger got to work it didn’t happen and for the money I spent I should’ve been moved to another room and it didn’t happen.

We liked the size of the room. The AC's worked perfectly.

When we first walked into the room I opened the cabinets to see the pots and pan supplied and was greeted by roaches. The floor in the living room had a finger nail and trash on it. The room had empty Walmart bags in the dresser. The toilet didn't fill up with water so every time we flushed the water shot straight up everywhere. The bed was hard as a rock felt like I was sleeping on a sheet of plywood. I even got up to make sure the box spring wasn't on top of the mattress. When we checked in I was asked if we would like room service I said yes and room service NEVER came one day. We had to go down stairs and collect fresh towels.

There was no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands! The tv did not work. The coffee in lobby was cold at night. Coffee with breakfast was cold. Asked staff to help so they “Heated the coffee in microwave” instead of making a fresh pot. Staff was RUDE!

The walls and carpets up and down the hallways are dirty. This property has gone down a LOT in the 2 years since we last stayed there. There were no extra rolls of toilet tissue in my room, and only about 1/2 of a roll on the dispenser. Also…there was a tissue box in the dispenser by the bathroom Sink, but no tissue in it. Someone had stuck a dirty sanitary pad down in it…YUCK. So no one had checked this bathroom and taken care of business. In the kitchen area, there was a half roll of paper towels in the paper towel dispenser, with no extra rolls around anywhere. There were some dishes that had been put away in the cabinet that were still dirty. The top bedspread had a large hole in it…In essence, the housekeeping department needs to do better. For the charge for this room, the amenities were very much lacking and some were just disgusting. Please do better. Yall USED TO BE a great hotel. Don’t lose this ability. You can still be a great hotel with a little attention to detail

This hotel is outdated, definitely overpriced. Cigarette burns in curtains, this was not worth $125 A night! Run! Cheap breakfast! Must be under new ownership, this was A really nice hotel 2015-2016! It has not been kept up, $5 lawn chairs! Unbelievable

Me & my wife enjoyed this hotel's location being near dine-in restaurants & shopping stores. The bedding was relaxing. The breakfast was decent...really loved the oatmeal. And, also, the surroundings (like traffic) were not heard from our room.

Me & my wife disliked the drainage in our room's bathroom. Both the shower & the sink had poor drainage causing dirt-soap water build-up when utilized. The breakfast options could use a waffle maker.

Nothing is good about this property. I think its better to book at the Hilton in the same area rather than this dump. I think they should remove Marriott from the name. This hotel standards are far below than the other Marriott / townesuites chains

Construction noise. The Hotel is undergoing renovations. I got a renovated room, but its like sad renovation. The dishwasher is sticking out. The bathroom door is busted, door and lock doesn’t latch on. Mattress is worn out and has seen better days. I drove for 12 hrs with family and got this unfortunate room and was tired and didn’t want to spend our energy with the front desk. They are not helpful or at the least friendly. The breakfast provided is a big disappointment. Scrambled Eggs looks like bought out of freezer and reheated. Soggy chicken burger. The irony is that we stayed at TownePlace in Georgetown Kentucky and it was awesome.

Good quality hotel, value for money

Friendly and helpful staff. Well-equipped room. Comphortable bed. Real warm breakfast. Sitting/picniquing area outside with a BBQ grill. A smoker's corner outside with chairs and roof protecting from rain (to whom it may concern). Quick and easy access from/to highway. Clean and pet-friendly - thank you for welcoming our little dog, she was happy staying there :)).

NEVER AGAIN!!!

Don’t Stay Here, Things Go Missing!

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this property while our home was being renovated through June 2nd-June 12th and his Jordan 11's (which are some $300 shoes) that went completely missing while we were gone. He loves his shoes and worked hard for them. We told the property managers and everyone else that worked there about them, they claimed up and down that it was under investigation every time I called about them for the last 2 weeks and to see what was going on. I also asked about the cameras that don’t work, apparently.. I went up there to see could I just get a refund and one of the managers said the best she could do was give me a refund for ONE DAY, which don’t add up to $300. I told her to keep that and don’t worry about it, so I called corporate and the man was very helpful.. well a little. He told me to go make a police report(which I was going to do that anyway), because all they can do is message the same hotel that don’t care at all about anything unless it got some to do with them and let them deal with it. It’s ok though, it’s just another lesson learned. I just know next time and I’ll let everyone else know about this place. Thank you.
