The breakfast was good! The room was clean! Very nice environment!!

I didn’t like the fact that i had to switch 3 different rooms and all the keys didn’t work to none of them! Had a reservation and all!! It took almost 30-45 minutes before we actually got a room and got situated! Then not to mention the television didn’t even work so it was more of a headache once we finally got in room 429!!

Breakfast bar was very limited, waffles but no toppings, only 1 meat sausage, no fruit, no oatmeal had to change rooms due to ac not working in Handicap room given due to back surgery. New room not Handicap accessible. Wife found hair in towels on two occasions.

We came for the pool and splash pad it was bad!

The room was clean and you can tell the cleaning staff did an amazing job! They really take pride in the work they do. Breakfast was just fine. The dining room was neat and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful to the best of their ability.

The pool was filthy. The splash pad was broken even tho I called to make sure it was clean and in working order. We booked this hotel for the swimming and splash pad for our grandchildren. They were very unhappy that they could not enjoy it. The room was clean but did have a bad smell.

Good location, nice pool, few issues.

The pool was a nice size and heated. The beds were comfortable and clean. The location was good with lots of places to eat or shop nearby.

There were no pool towels for when we got out of the pool. The lady on the front desk just said that they had problems with people taking them which is no help when you need to get back to your room and are dripping wet. If no towels were available, there should be notices telling people before they get in the pool. If you are expected to use room towels, then more towels are needed in the room. International travelers do not bring their own towels for pool use! Also, there was a long back hair in our bath tub that did not belong to us so this called the whole cleanliness into question.

Beds were super comfy + the room was huge!

The splash pad in the pool area was closed. We specifically went here because of the splash pad and paid more than other hotels around so our daughter who is autistic & can't stand the feel of a floaty (tightness) could enjoy water play. SO disappointing. Plus the pool had globs of hair in it

Conveniently located off of the highway and close to stores and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. Our room was very nice and spacious!

The continental breakfast was not great. My entire family complained about it. The juice was watered down and the eggs tasted funny. The biscuits were hard and difficult to eat. The fact that breakfast didn’t start until 7 on the weekends was also inconvenient. Also, there were four in our party which was clearly stated in our reservation, but our room only had 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 1 washcloth.
