The water pressure in the sink was low and I needed more towels. Hand soap would be a good addition to the room.

The breakfast was great. I was most impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast. The staff was very friendly. I don't know anything that was wrong. You couldn't do anything better.

I loved everything, that's why we stay there. I hope to be back soon. My husband agreeed.

We liked the room and the ability to have a bit more space with a suite and a microwave and full-size refrigerator. The fact that they are pet-friendly was very helpful when traveling with our large dog. We appreciated being put in a corner room (maybe that's just also where the suites are but it was still nice) so that we had a bit of privacy from others for our rambunctious children who had been in a car all day. The central location close to the medical area made dinner options easy to find and we were grateful for the early (6a) start to breakfast each day so that we could enjoy it and still be on the road early to continue our journey.

In our first room (we stayed here on the way there and the way back from our vacation), there was a smear of dried poop on the back of the bathroom door (I have a photo for evidence). Hopefully this was an anomally. We also would have appreciated more towels/hand towels, etc for a room that is supposed to accommodate 4 people there weren't many provided. In both stays I also found hair on the shower wall.

Saturday breakfast ended at 9 and they began rudely shutting the doors on people who were still getting food. 9am may be fine for the weekday, but very early on a weekend.

Hotel physical was great, clean, comfortable bed. Employee customer service, not so good at breakfast or helping with my booking issues.

The suite was clean.

There were teenage boy banging on our door all night. Yelling curse words at the door. We were scared and was not able to get a good nights rest.

I especially liked the omelets and hot biscuits for breakfast. (The scrambled eggs weren't as good.) I GREATLY appreciate that you use recyclable plates and wish there was a recyclable option for utensils. The fresh fruit available all day was wonderful. Also, we were visiting during scary tornado watches and your staff was especially kind and helpful. We had to stay in the hotel for dinner one night due to the dangerous weather so the food available in the lobby was a godsend!

The rooms have been remodeled since I stayed there last. I really liked the way that the bathrooms had been updated with a shelf above the counter. Also liked the optional housekeeping since I was there 3 nights.

There was only one small trash can in the bathroom. It would have helped to have another trash can in the room. Driveway entrance is dark at night and needs a better light on the other side of the sign. Ran out of coffee in breakfast area on Saturday a.m.

i can't do very much noise and our two night stay was great. slept very well and that says a lot! room was clean and comfy.

There wasn’t much to say about what I liked about the property. My kids did enjoy a quick swim Sunday morning after breakfast and the late checkout at midday. We ended up leaving at 10 though as we were ready to leave.

First of all, you falsely advertise your amenities and the pictures are not the same as the actual hotel. There was no lounge/bar as advertised which was the main reason I booked with the hotel instead of going to the embassy suites. I take my daughter and her friends out every year for a night away to celebrate her birthday and booked the Hampton inn due to the amenities available and was very disappointed that it was so basic. Even more so for paying $188 for the night. There were no vending machines in the building but a little shop by reception and the items were very expensive. In the morning we went down to eat breakfast and were shocked at the lack of seating available and witnessed family’s sitting in the front reception are as-well as having to stand to eat breakfast. Since you advertise “free” continental breakfast at least make it comfortable for guests to be able to eat and enjoy it before they start their day. The “restaurant” area was more like a conference room with mismatched chairs and only 10-12 tables. With guests scrambling for appropriate seating. The room we stayed in was clean, but had a musty smell to it and the usb outlet in our bedroom was broken and didn’t work. In addition to only receiving 3 small towels in the bathroom for a room set up for 6. Overall, a disappointing and unsatisfying stay at your hotel.

My man and I loveeeee this hotel. Our go-to when we need a night alone together. I love how my name pops up on the TV when I first come in! And I personally love the glass door showers.

Everything was perfect !

We didn’t get to stay at the property due to Hampton Inn not accepting my type of debit card when I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns and never had a problem with them accepting it in the past.
