Very nice hotel with nice roomy rooms & friendly staff. Comfortable beds & very clean.

We were on the 5th floor, not sure if that's why we only had LUKEWARM water in the shower. It was also not very cool in our room.

It was disappointing to have to pay for parking on a parking lot. We understand paying for parking in the parking garage. A parking pass on the parking lot to hang in the window would avoid non-guest long-term parking.

Wonderful Property for our stay and will certanly stay again

The room with separate bedroom, LR, etc was perfect and gave us a lot of privacy. Breakfast was great, loved the option of the Omelet counter. Location was great as we were in town to visit family in the same area

There was an event that weekend so parking was limited for hotel guests, had to park quite a ways out.

All was great except for the bed.

It was super nice, clean, and the staff were very friendly.

We had a room with a king size bed and for this class of a hotel I expected the bed to be much more comfortable. The bed was hard and it leaned. Also, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was out in the shower. This was not that big of a deal though because I brought my own.

The hotel was beautiful! Everything was so nice and so clean. The beds were very comfy and the room was super spacious. And not to mention, breakfast was amazing! There are many reasons why Embassy Suites is our go-to hotel. As a family of 5, there’s nothing better!

Expect Holiday inn experience and you will be good.

Breakfast was okay. Omelet station was good but other food was just okay.

Need more staff for dinner. Rooms are dated. Bathrooms, motel 6 shower, toilet rocked while sitting on it. Beds were comfortable. 2 TVs but very small. Overall. I would not stay here again for the expectation of an Embassy Suites. Probably best to rebrand this as a Holiday Inn.

Lack of care from the staff, disappointing breakfast with no food left

I stayed twice here in a weeks time. The first visit was decent and when I drove back through I decided to stay here again. The breakfast was good the first time.

When I came here the second time (last night) most of the breakfast items were gone so we had to eat somewhere else (more money). When we tried to swim in the pool it was over run with a bunch of kids from a baseball team and they had no parents watching them. There were boys jumping and diving in the pool not to mention horse playing and being rough, my two girls didn’t even feel safe getting in. Another guest actually got into an argument with one of the kids in the pool area because he was throwing water from a cup all over them and some of the other guests who were in there. When the chaperone from the baseball team, who I might add was sitting at the bar drinking the entire time, came in there to see what the problem and commotion was about, she was justifying the kids behavior. The kid then started mocking the other guests and everyone left the pool area and we couldn’t even enjoy it. Also to add, that same night we asked for extra blankets from Damion and they were never brought up. What is the point of the pull out bed if there are no blankets for it and you can’t accommodate your guests with them? I’m HIGHLY disappointed and just want my money back because this visit made my trip even more stressful then it needed to be. As a person who stays at Hilton locations all the time, I expected better from the staff and the guests at the hotel - Amanda Holder

Never Again - Worst Embassy Suites I’ve ever been at

Embassy Suites is an excellent chain and ive used them many times in my life. This location charges $12-$16 per day for parking on site. The rooms are rather average in size. I don’t believe they gave me the room that i booked and “upgraded” in size. The room was clean but oudated. the staff was polite

I asked several times for pods for the keurig coffee maker and they never came thru. There are no vending machines on any floor except the 1st. The workout area was not cooled and they had the door ajar with a fan blowing in. The treadmills dont have a working screen to watch TV or a scene. The smoke alarms in our room malfunctioned at 11PM. They replaced them. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The carpet is aged. The room was clean but outdated.

Convenient location. Kids loved the indoor pool. Black out curtains were so good even the kids slept in. Bed was comfortable. Room got cold enough.

Tile floor needs to be scrubbed, not only mopped. Should not see black streaks all over the floor. Only had 3 towels and 4 people in the room.

I was ready to leave when I got there, but there was nowhere else to go due to the power outage across the state.

The front desk clerk was rude. She complained that she was new, but she told me that my reservation would be canceled because she was out of rooms. The next clerk was able to get me in and her response was that nobody showed her how to do that(locate the room reserved by third party). She never tried asking for help, she just dismissed me and hoped that I went away.

I typically love the Embassy...the breakfast, location and pool.

I didn't like the surprise incidental cost and honestly it was a lot going on but it didn't help my stay but someone was extremely rude to me...not sure if he worked there or for the charter busses but it was in front of the staff that was checking me in but it affected my stay.
