The staff was amazing!
My door to my room was left open I’m guessing from the housekeepers and my shower had no shower curtains:(

Room was very clean and updated
Room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm and there was no compensation for the extra wait (after traveling with 4 and 6 year olds for 8 hours, we just wanted our room at 4pm). Communication that our room was finally ready was inadequate.
Breakfast was trash. Not what we’re used to with other Embassy Suites. Flimsy plastic utensils, paper plates, and about half the selection. Also didn’t open until 7:30, which imo is too late
