About this bed and breakfast

We accept pets, however we do have a 2 dog maximum and a $20 fee - also, please be mindful that we have a strict NO-Smoking policy that applies to the entire property. An additional $500 fee will be applied if evidence of smoking is found. Now for the space - we’re located in the SoMa district of downtown Little Rock. This original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. You gain access from the alley through a walk gate with a combination lock. On the day of your arrival Doug will send you the code to the gate and the Carriage House door. The entire property has been renovated and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Located in a residential neighborhood and an easy walk to bars, restaurants, museum, and shopping. For those with dogs(no cats), there is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Please message me if your traveling with pets. We have a two dog maximum with a $20 fee.

This hidden gem is my halfway point on an annual trip home from a convention. It’s always comfortable, and I love being able to use the washer/dryer so I get home with clean clothes. It’s perfect for an overnight, or as a home base for 1-2 people wanting to explore Little Rock.

This place was super cute and ima nice part of time! I would love to stay here again! There was a small well enclosed yard for my dog to play around and they even provided poop bags! I would stay here again in a heart beat! Just be aware of the directions to get to the place, I didn’t read them till later and saw that we had to go to the back alley to get access to the property!

The property was clean and comfortable. It is the perfect size for a traveling couple. The neighborhood was something to admire with early 1900s architecture and there were may things to do and see within a 5 to 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in Little Rock.

I stayed here overnight with my dog. We had a great stay. It was a little hard to find since the GPS takes you to the front and I initially wasn’t sure how to get around to the back alley. It didn’t take me long to figure it out though. I really liked the shower and the furniture was very comfortable. I’d stay here again when I pass through

This adorable carriage house was clean, quiet, very close to everything and so comfortable! Our pup loved the fenced yard, and we loved the space. The carriage house was close to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. We enjoyed the river walk, the beautiful architecture of the homes and the local eateries. We highly recommend breakfast at The Corner - the best homemade biscuit you will ever eat! Doug is the best host and is extremely responsive to any questions and goes out of his way to help. I hope we come this way again. We will certainly stay here.
