Fine enough but pretty disappointing

The staff were very helpful.

Light switch by the door shocked my girlfriend so there’s definitely some wirings issues and the frame of the switch was also kinda busted. There was also a used condom wrapper in the trash can when we arrived that was not ours so I don’t know if staff just missed it or what. The toilet also took close to 15 minutes to fill back up with water so you could flush again.

What stood out to me was the great service. We got to the site around 1:30 AM, but the attendants were more than welcoming to us in the best way! Breakfast was good.

Had to check out at 4:30 AM so didn't get to eat breakfast but have stayed here before and breakfast is always good. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom did need a little maintenance done but nothing serious.

Short but wonderful stay!

The staff was so friendly...everyone seemed to love their jobs. Also, the hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood not far from The Heights neighborhood which has cute restaurants and shops. It's also close to the Arkansas Heart Hospital.

Comfortable, good location, ok overall stay

The hotel is in a pretty good location. It is very close to restaurants, shopping, and the interstate. It was pretty quiet. We couldn’t hear a lot of noise while we were there. The bed was comfy.

The whole property could use a thorough cleaning. The elevators had dirty hand prints everywhere, the floors throughout the hotel were a bit dirty. The room we stayed in needed to be vacuumed and the bathroom needed a good cleaning. The hotel could also use a remodel, but it was overall ok. The price we paid seemed a bit high considering all of the above, but it was ok.

A bit disappointed from previous Wyndham stays. Wasn’t horrible; just wasn’t impressed at all.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice size. Dining area was spacious.

Wasn’t greeted or acknowledged upon arrival. Had trouble with rooms keys, frustrating when hands are full. Not much soundproofing. Heard people arrive loudly next room and then during their argument the next morning.

My only wish is that the Pool would be open 24 hr instead of closed from 9PM to 11AM, anyone late check in will not get to use the pool as check out is 11AM

The location and price was good.

The keypad to enter the side where I was parked wasn’t working properly. Several guests, including myself, had trouble making it work. One elderly couple had given up and was going to walk around to front lobby before we stopped them and showed them it would eventually work.

As I expected for the price I paid.

I usually stay at this hotel when I am in town. I am a repeat guest because the location gives me easy access for the things I need to do. The place us clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is OK though they serve the thinnest bacon I have ever seen. You can literally see through. The hotel is beginning to show its age. Though clean, the rooms have an ambiance of being old. A top selling point for me is that no pets are allowed. I don't want to sleep in a bed where a dog has previously slept in.

Had a little problem with my toilet. I reported it before leaving the hotel in the morning. When I returned in the afternoon, it had not been serviced. I had to go the front desk again to get the issue resolved. That could have been handled better.
