Nice parking availability.

The room smelt very strongly of mold/mildew. The pillows were very small and not very comfortable.

It's not a luxury hotel, but everything is new and clean and well maintained.

Breakfast had some problems. Coffee machine needed maintenance. Bin was full of grounds and wouldn't work. No one around to do it. Orange juice came out CLEAR. I'm not an orange juice expert but I know its not clear.

Beds were broken made noise every time you turned. Front desk was informed and switched beds that did the same thing. Third room was good but in the morning the shower didn’t work.

Bad facilities. Tried to fix a broken bed in the middle of the night while I watched his effortless attempts instead of just switching rooms

The front desk employee was thoughtful and helpful. When I mentioned I hadn't slept well the night before, she made sure to find a quiet room. The room was nice; the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good.

The only thing was the bed seem to move or make some noise (not in that way) when we moved, but was very comfortable. Will would stay there again based on overall experience.

It seemed that cause I was a Black woman that the front desk lady really wasnt even concerned about my questions ! Very nice attitude but her mode was off when I was talking to her and asking questions!!

You could tell that they had recently updated the rooms. Property was taken care of parking lot was clean.

The ac in the rooms could’ve been better. The shower pressure could be a little better as well.

I did not like anything about this location. The people were very rude and then you pay all your money and you can’t even have a guest that is crazy. What is a hotel for just asleep not for 300 and something dollars

The staff was wonderful. They we're there anytime we needed anything we asked for. The rooms we're very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The hotel was in a decent and safe location. We will be back.

Was very quiet and clean, the location is excellent rt near a lot of businesses, but not at all disturbed. Will definitely be returning. Checking in was simple too..

Maybe extend pool hours to 10:00.

I checked in on Friday afternoon with no issue. However, shortly after during a shift change, I encountered a completely different tone and treatment from another front desk employee. When I went downstairs to meet my friends, I was stopped at the elevator, asked for my room number, and told I couldn’t have any visitors. This rule was never communicated to me at check-in, and I’ve never encountered such a restriction at any hotel before. Still, I respected what I was told. My friends never entered the hotel beyond the lobby, and I made sure they waited outside while I handled everything myself. Around 4 AM, my boyfriend and I returned to our room. It was booked for two people, and his name was on the reservation. Yet shortly after arriving back, I received a call from the front desk—once again from the same employee—questioning me for a second time about the “no visitors” policy. I had already complied earlier in the evening, and no one besides the two registered guests had entered the room. A short time later, as I stepped off the elevator to leave and meet my friends elsewhere, this same staff member confronted me again in the lobby, raising his voice, accusing me of violating hotel policy, and threatening to take my deposit. He made assumptions about my boyfriend being a guest rather than asking or verifying anything. At no point was my boyfriend—who is white and listed on the room—questioned or spoken to. I was the only one repeatedly targeted and harassed, which felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, our room was hot and humid for the entire stay. Despite multiple complaints, all we were offered was a fan. The hallways outside our room were 20 to 30 degrees cooler than the room itself, which made sleeping and relaxing uncomfortable and frustrating. This entire experience—from the confrontational staff to the lack of basic room comfort—was unacceptable. I left feeling disrespected, unwelcome, and deeply disappointed.

The breakfast was well organized and fresh. I had a bagel and my husband had cereal.

Friday morning was quiet but Saturday was packed. Had to take our food to the room

Next door to busy restaurant with lots of car noise. No bathroom glasses not even plastic. Noisy people above, stomped around all night and early morning, better get top floor. Noisy pipes. Phone text at 8 AM, just stupid.

Weekend night with a Twin Peaks establishment right outside my window. The noise from their ruined my nights sleep.

The facility has been recently upgraded. Jimmy with the staff was incredible. His manager was awesome as well. We had a problem with our a/c and they accommodated us by moving us into a suite room. Definitely worth the stay!
