Rooms needed work...toilet paper holder came out ot the wall, door handle on sliding outside door broken and hanging loose, furniture covers worn and dirty with cigarettes burns on ottoman. Was told we would have complimentary breakfast and coffee next morning...didn't happen. Was there when time to open and 30 minutes later nothing available, not even coffee. We left and felt this facility was no where up to standards with other like facilities we've stayed in. It's also not easy to get to if you're passing through Little Rock.

The location was good for us. The hotel was clean. The staff was nice.

We paid for a king bedroom with a fold out couch. No couch in the room. The water pressure in the shower was non existent.

It was problems after problem air TV changing room

I felt like my trip could’ve been a lot better. It wasn’t their fault. The air went out and I do know that it wasn’t their fault. The TV didn’t work the first night and they had to move to another room, but the fact they gave me my money back was good, but they should also gave me a comp room anywhere in the United States because everything that happened was on Them is a multi multi billion industry company and you couldn’t give me two cop rooms. I had to go pay for another room all over again. That was so disrespectful but guess what you don’t have to worry about me anymore Mary.

You could have comped me two rooms anywhere and it’s still opportunity to fix so you can send me a account two rooms and I would be grateful and do a review all over again

My first day the lady that checked me I was extremely helpful and the overnight staff was super helpful and kind. Good bless

Day shift my second day was very rude to me wouldn’t give me clean towels and when I told them about the dirt in the shower when I checked it that was ignored. I asked for my trash to be emptied they ignored me.

What I didn’t like about the property was the tub in the room was filthy and the tub bottom had been spry painted with white paint to cover up the brown stains in the tub. We were given another room and it was full of ants. I will never visit here again.

The room was awesome, staff was very friendly, location was great, the courtyard was very quiet even with it being close to busy traffic. The price was great

I had to talk to 3 different people before I could get my breakfast that was included with my reservation. It took over an hour to get that fixed, by that time we had to get it to go so that I wasn't late for my Dr appointment. The coffee machine in my room did not work. They need chairs on the balcony, no one wants to just stand on a balcony!!

Home away from home.

I was traveling with a one year old which at times can be difficult because he’s always on the move. But the staff was so interactive and sweet with my son. Gary (I think that’s his name so please forgive me) at the front desk helped keep my son entertained while trying to check in which helped at ton and also recommended a fun little park to take my son to so he good get some energy out and upon check out even offered to meet me at the door for check out to make it easier on us which I really do appreciate. Tracy served us breakfast and was so sweet and accommodating to me and my son’s needs. Over all 10/10 recommendation for a stay at this hotel. If you have a little and are traveling on your own this is the place to go. The room was spotless the food was great and the staff went beyond my expectations. Thankful to have had such helpful and friendly people to help us on our journey. We Will most definitely be staying here again if I find myself in Little Rock ☺️ may God bless y’all and your amazing staff !!

The stay was very pleasant, peaceful, quiet, clean and well needed for me.

I loved the update it was so beautiful inside of the room I stayed in, it was clean, the bed is so comfortable, the pillows were very soft. The front desk person he was very polite and very sweet, I had an issue with the first room and it took him less than a minute to assign me with another room. This is my favorite hotel, always has been and I will stay here again.

Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Great location to local hospital. Good value. Comfortable beds. 12 noon check out a plus.

Said would do daily service, did not happen. Housekeeping came by at 9am on checkout day. Had to get our own replacement towels and tp. Shower pressure could have been alot better, in and out along with the temperature.

Good location, unprofessional staff, ridiculous refund policy!

Location

The staff was not very accommodating and their policy about refunds is ridiculous. We booked this property specifically for the pool area and upon checking in, found out the pool was closed. We booked for 2 nights. We stayed the first night then checked out before 11 am the next morning to find another hotel with a working pool. Marriott would not refund us the next night that was already prepaid through booking.com. This is absurd! I will never prepay for another stay at a Marriott again.

5 stars for Brian at the front desk. The room was very clean

Brian at the front desk was awesome. When I arrived, he was already assisting two elderly couples. In a matter of about 5 minutes he received several phones calls while helping the couples at the desk.He had a lot going on, but was professional and pleasant the entire time. When it was my turn, check in took all of three minutes. Great customer service from Brian. The interior throughout was nice and clean. No weird smells. New carpet. Outdoor pool. Did I mention Brian at the front desk?

Upon my arrival, I thought to myself "This has got to be the crustiest Marriot I've ever seen". The exterior isn't very easy on the eyes, but the grounds were well kept, and the interior was great!

I called earlier in the day to confirm my booking and let them know I would be coming in later in the night and was assured everything was fine. When I got there I Had to knock and call for 10mins bc door was locked and no one was at the front desk. After getting in the lady told me they had overbooked and my room was given to someone else and there was nothing she could do or give me to be sure I wasn’t charged a fee or anything since I wasn’t the one who canceled. I was left 5 hours away from home with 2 babies trying to figure out where we could stay. Called Hilton bc that’s where I usually book and received way better care will never book Marriott again
