It was clean hotel and I liked the layout of the room we had.

The room was spacious. We got a two bedroom two bath.

Some of the cabinetry in the bathroom was falling apart. Breakfast wasn’t all that varied.

Never going back to the same resort

Breakfast was not bad, but the service was extremely poor. The reception staff were extremely rude. We just wanted to know as a tourist which are the go to places nearby for toddlers. And the receptionist just bluntly said she's unaware as she's not local and seemed least interested to help Secondly there should have been room service every other day but the service staff on coming to our room gave us the option of doing it now or later around 4 pm. We opted for 4 pm but she just disappeared without doing our room and on confronting the front desk they sent some one to do it who just made the beds without even taking the trash away. Extremely poor service and the staff are very rude . Nobody bears a smile on their face and never eager to help Third- most of the time something is unavailable for breakfast even normal 2% milk wasn't available and the staff said we hv oat milk or soy milk for today Only plus is location is nearby the Disney park and has a heated swimming pool and everyday breakfast

It was for one night, and one night was one night too many

The in-room kitchen area was nice.

Our bedsheets were stained and had foreign substances all over them. They had clearly not been changed since the last occupants. The bathtub was very dirty and not maintained. The bathroom and bedroom walls were very aged with paint peeling and wall material was crumbling along corners. The beds were very uncomfortable and worn.

Very good property.

The property is in a good location. Close to restaurants & Disney. The employees were great. I like that there was a washer & dryer. The rooms were large with two bedrooms & bathrooms. Great for families. Breakfast buffet was great to have although the food wasn’t the best.

The only thing was the breakfast buffet was not the best. Very little variety and food not as good. We’ve been to other brand properties and the food was much better. That was our only disappointment.

The hotel was great at great location safe parking very friendly, attentive workers. The breakfast was awesome. My kids are super picky about where they stay and they love this hotel. Not only that they gave me an upgrade, which was awesome.

The location was close to Disneyland and in a safe area.

The rooms were dirty and run down. The bathroom was really nasty with cracks in the walls and dirty tub. The water smelled terrible. The carpet was very dirty and couch in the sitting area of the room was very dirty and broken in the middle.

Not the happiest place on earth sad that this is a neighborhood hotel to Disneyland.

I did like the staff member who checked me in when I arrived unfortunately have to rate this property one star. My car got broken into and was told it will take three days to receive camera footage yet won’t be able to see the footage I would have to wait for law enforcement to call me. Nice to know anyone can break into your vehicle and you still have to pay a parking fee per night. Don’t recommend!

The staff at the front desk was exceptional. Friendly and accommodating. They even called after I arrived at my room to make sure all was well.

This would have been a 10* review with the exception of the refrigerator making terrible loud squeaky noises at random times throughout the day and night. It took us awhile to figure out what the noise was. Made it very hard to sleep. Air conditioner unit was in master bedroom and was also very loud when running.

What may look like just another multistory business judging by the plain exterior of this establishment might deter patrons from booking at this hotel. However, the Residence Inn by Marriott off of Harbor Blvd is more than just another hotel. I spent 6 nights in their one bedroom king studio suite on assignment. The amenities alone are worth the value of the stay, if not the location and convenience of a 24 hour front desk with a free breakfast buffet and the complimentary tea and coffee (available all day). The size of the studio could accommodate four individuals or a small family comfortably, and privacy would not be an issue in a coed situation with the door the separates the front room from the sleeping quarter. The only downside in sharing this specific 1 bedroom king studio is the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom. The in room amenities provided me with a dishwasher, fully functional refrigerator, an iron and ironing board, a one compartment sink with a garbage disposal, toaster, coffee machine. I was also provided with a 55inch flat screen in both rooms with HDMI adapter ports to accommodate multi display/screen sharing for Zoom meetings, or Skype for private client calls. What makes the stay memorable is the genuine hospitality from the Hotel Staff.

I loved it so much that my only disappointment was having to check out.

Breakfast was awesome with lots of options. Room was big and clean. The kitchen unit was perfect for a small meal preparation. Staffs were super friendly. Near to disneyland. I took ART bus services to reach/return from disneyland park.
