Location was the only redeeming quality in this stay.

The bed frames were metal and squeaked with any and all shifting of weight all night long. The air conditioner was loud and rattling and was in serious need of maintenance or replacement. The room and bathroom were clean. My biggest issue was the hotel staff on our check-in. The lady was asking us how many person in all because she said I only put 2 guests, my husband aswer her question he said we are 4, and the lady said ok were going to add you a charge, and my husband said ok how much are you going to add because it's only a kids 1 is 10 and 1 is 8. And the lady said ok no charge for the kids and the man,we don't know if he is the manager or the owner is starting lecturing us like we are a little kids about what are we doing next time. And he is rude, we back in the car to get all our things and bring in to our room.We are six in all me my husband my two kids and the two is my friends relatives. The phone is rang 3 or 4 times, we didn't aswer then, we are in hurry because our friends is waiting for us. The lady and the man is running to us and asking for two times how many are we? And my husband aswer them again, we are 4. We have a lot of times traveling with my kids, but I've never ever been harassed like this! I will never stay here again! Find another modest motel/hotel to stay in for Disneyland trips. This motel is not worth it.

Decent stay.. breakfast should start earlier it is not much but if it is late it is not much of help.

I like that it is close and it offers free breakfast and free parking.

It is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. The only thing i didn’t not like about it is you can hear every step from the floor above you. The breakfast starts late . Breakfast is at 7.. it is late breakfast should start at least 630 or 6 .

Close to Disney with free parking but breakfast protocol could be improved

Location very close to Disneyland (right off Harbor blvd), so if you wanted to walk you can, free parking, free breakfast. The rooms were large and had refrigerator and microwave.

The pictures were a bit deceiving I thought the room I booked for 6 was a large suite with separate room, but it was two rooms connected with a door, we just separated the kids with 1 adult in each room. Also we only ate one day and there is someone who watches you as well as reminds you not to take any food to your room. The breakfast was basic and cold, so not worth taking it back to your room (which is odd as I'm someone who wants to get ready and eat at the same time).

This place is super clean—I usually don’t feel comfortable walking around with socks on, but here I do. It’s cleaner than some Marriotts I’ve stayed in. Lots of space, free parking and very helpful staff. It’s within walking distance to the convention center and Disney. We’re definitely staying here again when we come back to Disney.

No complaints at all—we totally got our money's worth. But if I had to suggest something, I’d say add another bottle of shampoo in the room. There were three of us and only one 30ml bottle, so we had to go out and ask for more during our two-day stay.

Great option

Clean, comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. Just what we needed for our trip. We didn't get to use the pool area, but that looked clean, too. Breakfast was a variety of carbs (muffins, toast, cereal, croissants, etc.) and could have used some fresh fruit. Overall, we would stay here again for business at the convention center. We had a spa room, and the tub was great after days of being on our feet for a convention.

Good hotel on a budget, but don’t expect to leave your car there at check out

It’s close to Disney, there was a lot of parking at the hotel (I’ve struggled with this at other hotels in Anaheim), the room was clean. The convenience store is also amazing!

I was told I could leave my car in the parking lot on the day of check out to go to Disney, but on the day of check out I was told I couldn’t, and I’d have to pay to park at Disney. That was really disappointing because it was a huge reason I chose this hotel.

2024 NAMM...YES!!!

The location close to the Convention center/Disneyland was fantastic. For those who don't want to walk (15 minutes), there is a bus service that goes up Harbor. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance, a convenience store right out the door, Enterprise car rental place across the street, shopping close by Target (bus or uber) and an Outlet mall(Uber) . We did not get a chance to use the pool, but noticed several others that did! There is a small breakfast offered that looked like a good start for the day! The people at the desk were wonderful, our arrival was early, but the room was ready and for a small charge was available to us !!! We are already coming back in January for the convention and will tell all our friends!

The bed frame was a squeaker. LOL... It could use some lubricant or tightening, but it really wasn't a deal breaker. The window did not open, it looked like it should have...

I liked that the rooms were clean and comfortable, it was perfect for our overnight stay. The parking lot felt secure as we could see the vehicles from the rooms. They had vending machines on every floor, perfect for a late night snack. The fruit selection from breakfast seemed fresh. The location was very convenient as well, just down the street from Disney parking structures. Overall very happy. I would stay here again.

it was horrible and the photos absolutely misleading. if you in any way stain the towels or such you’re charged a 100USD deposit as destruction of property instead of acknowledging simple use so careful with makeup girls; not to mention they don’t clean the room due to “covid” and attempts to keep it cleaner but yet they leave OPEN USED soap bars and hairs in the shower as well as a super clogged sink. honestly the worst waste of money and the breakfast is just cereal and fruits opened for who knows how long. but canceling and getting a refund on the spot also costs you a penalization so we had to go buy clean bedsheets at target instead and stay out of the room as much as possible. there was even a blood stain on one of the duvets and poop? or something dark and thick on the roof. so don’t go there if you got a choice
