    I was looking for a low-priced nearby hotel to Disney’s Toy Story lot, which is what I got. The hotel was clean, but extremely worn. In one of our rooms the AC was leaking and the only thing they could do was give us a towel. The guy at the front desk was nice and did comply with our requests, but he couldn’t do much since the facilities are very worn out. The ice machine was out of order, our 2nd night the key did not work for one of the rooms and had to get it reactivated. The water in the shower came out very hard and dried out my skin (I have dry skin normally). Overall got what we paid for and I cannot complain really because it was extremely low price but we did have multiple problems with both rooms which was just inconvenient. However the front desk staff was helpful when we had a problem. I would not come back and would rather pay more for a slightly better hotel, but if you have no other option, at least this one is clean! The pool is small and it is dirty but the location is good, parking is free, it is about 10 minutes to the buses in the Toy Story lot for Disneyland, and there is a Dennys right across the street.

    We enjoyed our overnight stay at Queens Inn, location is close to plenty of shops and shopping mall, easy check-in. Definitely a good bang for your buck!

    The air conditioner made loud noise I told the manager on nightshift no one came to see why. the sink didnt drain right my room was 108. Customer service at night was not good. I will not stay there again.

    Conveniently located a 10-minute walk from the Disneyland Toy Story lot. An affordable place to sleep after a long day at the parks. Staff was kind and welcoming, but the hotel itself felt rather dated.
