Queens Inn is a solid budget-friendly option if you’re planning a trip to Disneyland. The location is definitely one of its biggest perks—it's conveniently close, and having a Toy Story parking lot nearby makes getting to the park super easy and stress-free. The price is hard to beat, especially for the area, which makes it a great choice if you’re just looking for a place to sleep after a long day at the parks. That said, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. The towels could definitely be upgraded—they felt a bit worn and not as fresh as you’d hope. Also, the floors didn’t seem as clean as they should be, so a more thorough vacuuming would go a long way in improving the overall experience. Overall, it’s a good, affordable stay in a prime location, just with a few details that could be tightened up.

Ive stayed here 4 times in the past two years. Appoxomitley 3 weeks total. I always check availability here FIRST, before coming into town. This is the best hotel I've been in since retirement 3 years ago. For value, everything. Its really comfortable and quiet. A 5 star hotel on a retirement budget. I get bummed when they sell out. And they go, quick.

It was good stay in here. I just enjoy and relaxing in hot tub after whole day walk around. Close to Disneyland this hotel.

I made the reservation in my husband's name as the primary guest and myself as an additional guest, with the payment card being mine. I arrived at 10 PM, tired from a trip, and the receptionist did not want to check me in even though I presented the credit card used to buy the booking online and my ID. The reservation was in both our names, and we were in different states. My husband could only arrive the next day. This is absurd. So why ask for the additional guest's name if it won't be valid at check-in? I was very dissatisfied with this situation because I presented the identification, and she refused. The booking was made with my card, the lodging had my name as an additional guest, and I presented my ID. What prevented me from enjoying what I paid for? I was tired from a whole day at the airport and would have to wake up early the next day for a university convention. I don't recommend it if you need to arrive separately, even with your name on the reservation.
