Close proximity to the Convention Center
We were there for 5 nights and our room was only cleaned 1 time. That was the day after check in.

I was looking for something relatively inexpensive and Queens Inn delivered. The hotel is walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center and near several eating establishments. Ample free parking.
It’s a no frills hotel but I knew that. However, not having body wash available was a bit odd. The bed was a bit bouncy and pillows were lumpy. Mind you, I’m not complaining, I’m just listing what I didn’t like.

Room was stuffy and had zero light. Towels were the worst. Heater hummed.

The price and location were great.
They were doing construction on a room next door, even at 10pm there were power tools going off, and there was a child seemingly training for a track meet running small circular laps in the room above, starting at about 5:30am and continuing for a couple of hours.

Really did like the price and the location was awesome right across the street from the Toy story parking lo, five minute walk to get the toy story tram.
For the value in the length of stay, I would use it again . It was a short stay (2nights) 100% so we can go to Disneyland for a day. A longer stay with a three or four day pass I think I would look for somewhere that offered a little bit more such as more toiletries, a breakfast option, ice machine, better material materials such as towels, sheets, pillows and so forth.

My sheets were not changed - the maid just remade the bed even tho the sheets were not clean. Bathroom was really bad . I almost asked to check out on the 1st night .

Location and free parking
Super dirty. Carpet floors looked like they had never been cleaned. Our rooms were right next to the smoking area that seemed to be in constant use, so our rooms reeked of cigarette smoke or weed. Super disappointing

The cleaning staff were kind and courteous, which I truly appreciated, though the overall cleaning quality did not meet expectations.
The front desk staff were very unkind and unprofessional. The cleaning crew did not clean the room properly, and the towels were often not replaced as they should have been. On one occasion, they brought a full set of towels, but on other days, they didn’t provide any. The towels themselves were extremely old and worn out — I’ve never seen such poor conditions. Hair was left everywhere, and both the pillows and bed sheets were clearly very old and overused. Overall, it was an unpleasant and disappointing stay.

Ice machine was broken. Elevator would help the build out.

Very close to all that is Disney. Easy to get to and again very close to all you would want to be close to if going to be near Disneyland.
The pool area was very small. Rooms are a little dated.

It was good and convenient. Simple but all we needed for an one night stay. If you are going to disneyland, it’s super close and a calm neighborhood.

Located close enough to the convention center
Property was not spectacular at all and seemed to be over priced considering the amenities. Other hotels in the vicinity that were even closer to the attractions and higher rated had similar prices on rooms. The room was nothing special and usually I am comfortable with that if I am paying less, but in this case I was paying the same and getting less. At one point I requested the front desk remove a wasp nest that was right outside our door so my family wouldn’t get stung. After our five night stay, the wasp nest was still there when we left. There was no breakfast and the towels provided for the rooms were small pool towels. If this room had been $70 a night then I could have overlooked all these issues but paying $130+ a night, I expect a certain level of amenity that we just didn’t get. Seems like the rates increased to take advantage of a major event and the “inn” couldn’t deliver.

Location.
Old hotel, old rooms, you can hear everyone taking in the hall or any door that is opened, killed insect inside the room. Charged around 140$ a night when normal rates for this hotel are 65$. Abuse because there was an event in the convention center, they just want to charge more without worth the money. No breakfast, Wasp nest right in front room 215 door.

Location was close to my appointment the next day and saved me travel time in the morning. Room spacious and AC worked well. Use frig and microwave.
I checked very late, closed to midnight. I washed my face and went to bed and in the morning I discover the bath tub was painted and the paint was torn away leaving 10 inch hole so did not appear clean. I could not believe that the staff would think that was acceptable. The bathroom sink did not have a drain cover , just an uncovered hole. The left side of the bed stand , no electricity for clock or lamp. When I went to check out , I had 3 other guests behind me in line and did not want to delay them with my complaint or involve them in my story. When i did call back to inform them of my disappointment, the lady at desk said "but you spent the whole night". If i would have seen it at the time i checked in, i would have called the front desk. In the morning, ready to shower , my best remedy was to put the towel over the paint hole.

The room was in perfect proximity to Disneyland! Specifically, the bathroom was very big and spacious.
We were really content and comfortable! Nothing really displeased us

Distance to our event was convenient
Second night I notified staff of our sink plugged and no one came out til Saturday. I also notified them that our floor was wet under the sink and I didn’t want to get charged for damages and I put a towel over it. It was not a great experience and they didn’t offer to move us. Management wasn’t even on property and staff told me manager will be there the next day. Wish I would’ve took pictures

Smells like rotten eggs in the bathroom and shower. Very old and outdated

Close to the convention center. The front desk person was nice and had no problem holding my bags for me prior to check in.
The walls had cracks, holes, and water stains on them. There was wiring hanging out of the ceiling in the bathroom. I woke up to bugs in my waterglass. The sheets/blankets were thin and some had burn holes in them. I checked out a night early because I just felt uncomfortable there.

Nothing in particular.

The hotel put us at the back of the development away from the road which was good. The beds were comfy. Clean rooms and a cheep vending machine for drinks. Also, right next to a petrol station and restaurants.
The hotel rooms are quite run down and old. There was also loud music playing on the Friday night into the early hours.
7.0 / 10.0
The property was outdated, the pillows were super lumpy and the towels were dingy and hard, some of the towels looked like cleaning towels.
I didn’t like the locations of the room, were werewere were in a corner with a view of a wall. The TV had limited channels and no guide.
