The price was decent.

The whole hotel needs to be renovated. Some of the bathroom fixtures were coming off the wall. Bed mattresses could be more comfortable as well as the sleeper sofa. Pillows need an upgrade also.

Customer service was great. The person who checked me in was very polite and friendly. Also, The hotel is close to Disneyland and there's a shuttle bus near this location that takes you there. The cleaning service was great as well.

Price value was excellent. Received a very nice suite room at a very good cost. Overlooked the main street where we could see everything. Walking distance to Disney and local restaurants, also a plus. Breakfast was very basic. Breakfast drinks, coffee, orange juice, etc. There is fruit, bagels, donuts, and a waffle maker for, what else...waffles. If you are looking for eggs and bacon, etc, go to Denny's within a couple of blocks walking distance. Those are not offered at the breakfast. Otherwise for a light breakfast this was very good.

It was a pleasant stay. Very good accommodations. Parking was easy. There is a charge for parking and you do receive a parking pass. I have no issues with that. It assured the guest at the hotel of parking otherwise if there is no charge Disney patrons will park there and then there is no parking left for you. I think we paid $29.00 but worth it. The only issue we found, and this is not directed to the lobby staff but management...get more than one person to work the front desk. The poor girl we had was getting questioned by one customer while another person was complaining and the lobby girl is by herself trying to handle it all. It took us about 15 minutes from the time we arrived until the time we got checked in. She knew her job, it's just overwhelming when there are several people trying to check in and such and then they start getting cranky at the lobby person then they take it out on the lobby person.

Key cards frequently didn’t work (had to swap multiple times), house keeping came by at 9am one morning, bed was like a trampoline, no outlets near nightstands, etc.
