The breakfast was great. The size of the room was better than any other hotel we have stayed in. The pool and hot tub were great. The front desk workers were friendly and helpful. We went to another hotel halfway through our trip to try to save money, but after seeing (and smelling) our room, we checked out immediately and went straight back to this hotel. Thank goodness there was availability! Location was great.
Can't say I didn't like any part of it.

Running out of shower gel in the morning and shampoo in the evening. Super annoying to find out once you are in the middle of taking a shower. Shouldn't have to chase basic shower supplies 🙃

Great location next to Disney’s Toy Story Parking Area, which offers a free shuttle to the parks. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was excellent.
The breakfast was disappointing, and the staff were unfriendly. At exactly 9:30 a.m., they started closing the breakfast area without any consideration for the guests. One guest arrived at 9:31 a.m. and was not allowed to enter. Guests who had entered just before 9:30 had to rush to get their food while the staff were already removing the serving trays. This was a very poor customer experience.
