We definitely will be coming back and making our reservations as always.

My family and I have stayed there many times and the location is perfect for us to walk to Disneyland and California adventure. The management and the staff are very friendly and if there is anything you need they are always available. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable as well. They have a microwave and a mini fridge Wich worked out good for us and there are lots of choices for restaurants around the area , walking distance to .

Perfect Stay for Disneyland

great location, comfy bed, good water pressure, pleasant staff (let us store luggage for the day after check out), good range of TV channels. walls thick enough to block out noise - only noise we heard came through door from the walkway and only late morning, not disturbing at all.

only tiny details that didn't impact the quality of our stay - water went freezing mid shower on one occasion, could have been better lighting in the room.

Good place to stay.

The property was a good location from Disneyland. The management was very good. The rooms were brand new, spacious and very clean. I would definitely book here again.

The only thing I didn’t like was how bright the rooms were at night. They have wood blinds on windows that look very nice but I would have preferred a blackout curtain.

I like that it is way cheaper than the other hotel. Very close to Disney land, walking distance. Free parking, no deposite needed. This is our go to place everytime we go to Disney.

The location

The smell was very unpleasant and nauseating and I found a crazy amount of dirt and dust all in the room. When they came to “clean” the sheets would be changed and that’s it really. No wipe downs or anything like that.

The property was a mess due to them being in the middle of renovations. We had to be moved to another room which was a down grade due to a chirping smoke alarm that went off all night. When we got into the new room there was a black widow spider near the mini fridge cabinet. The mattress had a huge crease and was warped. Restroom had old faded toilet seats and it was just unappealing. The room was basically falling apart which is unacceptable for the rates I was charged.

Awesome location at a price that can't be beat!

Great value, especially for the location! Less than a 15-minute walk to the Disneyland entrance. It's certainly not a 5-star place, but you shouldn't expect that for the price. Plus, one of the only hotels in the area that doesn't charge an additional fee for parking during your stay. Everything we needed to get a good night sleep before spending the day at the park!

The rooms are definitely in need of a little refresh, but I believe they are planning to do that this fall.

Place to stay for the night, close to disney, free parking

It was affordable and a 10 minute walk to disneyland. Also free parking with our stay was a plus as most hotels around there still charge even with a reservation.

It was very old. Bed was fine and as comfortable as it could have been, but a lot of it was very run down and the bathroom had cracks that were just filled with paper or toilet paper. Weird smell. It was fine to stay after a long day at Disney and just for the night, and for the price as well.

Bargain pricing for bare room essentials.

Staff was friendly. Arrived at 11:30 hoping to check in early but they said that would cost $25. But gave me our keys and said room would be ready after 1pm. Room and bed were mostly clean. Bathroom and towels were clean. AC was very cold which was nice. Free parking was great even though in full sun. No bugs visible.

Lots of cracks, holes, rusty spots, paint mistakes throughout. Thick dust layers on bed side wall lamps, and bed skirts. AC units were extremely loud. Tub could not be plugged for a bath. Pillows were very full cheap foam so not comfortable to sleep on. Not box of tissues. Had to move bed side tables to access plug for phone charger. Other wall plugs were not near any tables so phone would have had to sit on the floor to charge. 2 fabric side chairs were filthy enough I did not feel comfortable sitting on them.

Great price for room and area.

I liked the walking access to many stores and restaurants. I loved the separate rooms for the suite. I king bed was huge and the main room was huge. The hot tub and pool area was clean. The staff gave me extra towels for the pool area.

I had asked for extra sheets, blankets and pillow. Staff told me in an hour then I went back to office when that didn't happen then new staff told me they didn't have the key for the maids room to get the stuff that night.

The front desk person was amazing? They offered second car parking for free, the area was very nice. They also have a pool and do housekeeping every day.

The beds are very small if you have a kid or baby with you. Very noisy walls, we could hear every neighbor. Not comfortable pillows, no chord for the shower, rusty and old. Small fridge, very poor lighting. Not that tidy

The location is really good, around 15min walking to Disney entrance. Many restaurants and facilities close to the hotel. The room itselft its simple, but with everything you need. My room had microwave, refrigerator and iron.

Close proximity to Disneyland. It was relatively quiet.

The property is very run down. Our room was incredibly disappointing and not clean. Peeling paint and wallpaper. The toilet base was not clean. Hair and dirt in the corners of the bathroom and main room. There was a spot for a smoke detector, but the actual smoke detector was missing. The fridge door was bent so it would not close fully. Definitely does not deserve the 7 star rating from booking.com

Extremely close to Disneyland! Rooms very clean! And the customer service is out of this world! I had forgotten a large bag of Disney pins- worth quite a lot of money. They mailed them out to me! They could have easily told me they didn’t have it and taken all of them. Very very very thankful. They went above and beyond for me. I will be returning, if I could give here a 100/10 I would ❤️

The bathroom door didn’t close; there was mold on the bathroom walls; the shower sprayed out and over the shower curtain, soaking the wall, door, floor, and toilet paper; air conditioner didn’t work properly and made strange sounds; there were holes in the laminate flooring.

Overall great place to stay for Disneyland trip and low price I would definitely stay again!

Clean and beds were comfortable after long days at Disneyland. 10 minute walks were very convenient coming and going to Disneyland.

Towels were too small so might want to bring our own towels next time. No breakfast included might be useful next time. Bad odor in restroom adding an exhaust fan would be great and shower curtain liner so the floor won’t get sooo wet or the curtain.
